Well first off we just spent $800 to $1,000 in the store this weekend. Super happy bad. In the end we had a watchman diamond goby die.bought him at 11:11am And dread don't return them at 6:20pm which he was found dead at 5:00pm.
Kerri solutions manager told me nothing she can do absolutely not. And claims all our fish are healthy when there's a dead Angel in her tank. So yeah 👍 won't recommend ever coming back here and completely regret spending all that money at Petco. I even brought water for her to check and she basically told me get lost.

Petco is my go to store for my pets. I can order online and pick up in store or have it delivered to me. Great customer service.

Clean place, only downside is a lot of the associates don't know where things are or what they have. Not brands, just even general description of items.

I have been coming to this location for over a year refilling my litter. Today was told they won't honor the refill price because my bucket had the wrong color lid.. but is the same brand.
Will not be returning.
For future reference for the cashier. A lesson in good customer service would have been mentioning that at the beginning of the transaction when you clearly saw it was a refill.

Idk who is working right now but when I called this lady literally hangs up the phone as I’m trying to explain what I need so I call again and she literally hangs up today at 12:10 pm on 11/6/24 if this is the service that expected then yall just lost a customer because wow

Horrible customer service. I had to come to this store twice to get a hamster. The first day, their “system was down.” The second day she tried saying it was too late and when pressed about why the hour change when it wasn’t but 7:30 pm she claimed it was due to snow.
This was November 5th.
I hope whoever is overseeing this store learns how to properly manage it or we will be pet smart customers from now on and I’ll unsubscribe to every service I use through Petco.

This location is hit or miss on staffing, product availability, and cleanliness. Prices are above average and you can purchase same items cheaper at competitive stores.

Great products for animal care but not many animals and the ones they do have seem sickly and improperly caged (to many to a cage) lots of dead betas needing saved!

It would be helpful if there was a "travel kit" for cats. We were stranded in Denver and needed one small disposable litter pan and a small amount of litter. I suppose these types of setups don't generate revenue. We had to buy 2 disposable litter boxes and a huge box of litter which we left in the hotel room. Hopefully they will be put to good use by someone who needs them.
