I enjoy this pet smart but don't work here. I have been told by so many mixed info that they are hiring I apply. Call next day sorry not hiring all positions full. Next day yeah we are hiring. Get it straight please. People don't have time for games. Other than that, happy to go in here all the time. One cashier is rude but everyone else is great.

I’ve been a loyal customer of PetSmart for years, bringing my dogs in for grooming every other month and purchasing all our pet food there. Unfortunately, my recent visit was so disappointing that I will never return.
The receptionist was completely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, she made the experience unpleasant. Not only did she lack basic customer service skills, but she also seemed to be making up false PetSmart policies on the spot. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with someone who clearly didn’t care about providing good service.
I expected better from a place I’ve trusted for so long. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won’t be returning for grooming or any other services. If you value professionalism and courtesy, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Everytime I come here to get my cats prescription food is wreaking of dog pee. My food is between the registers and vet area. Some dogs have been peeing on those bags for months and they still try to sell them. (Mind you, it’s $100 of a bag) I now have to travel even further just to get my pets food. Please either move the bags away from vet waiting area or put them up further so dogs can’t lift their leg and pee on it. Ridiculous.
