The worker who helped me and my nephew was great and nice. Spent 180 dollars on clothes for me and him and the lady at the register wouldn’t give us a second bag for his items which is crazy when you spend that much with someone. Asked for ten cents for it.. Other than that place is fine, but shows how much you care about customers who spend good money with you.

The prices continue to rise
(like everything else)
However, they have the gear that’s in high demand so I’ll continue to work with em.
When I first started shopping here it was cheaper but the staff were rude folks. The last few trips I have made was a much better experience and the staff were friendly folks who were eager to help me out with my purchases. So it’s basically more money ? for better service and I’m always good with that. ??♂️
Make sure you check your purchases for defects before buying anything because they don’t refund or exchange anything which I think ? is a bad idea and can Mos Def cause problems and or issues for the customers.
So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and holla at a Playa. ??

I visited phat mart to purchase clothing for my son. One of the shirts purchased was coming undone at the seams. I returned to phat mart to exchange the shirt for the exact same. However, the associates (two women) declined to exchange the T shirt and advised me to sew it instead. The associate even proceeded to cut the thread off the shirt and said it’s fine. I’m very disappointed in purchasing an item that was defective and their negligence and unsatisfactory customer service in resolving the issue. The t shirt alone was $28! If I had purchased it elsewhere, I would’ve been able to exchange it, as the defect was there to begin with. Horrible customer service! Never shopping there again and I will advise anyone to shop elsewhere! Would give 0 stars if I could!

I must say it is the most interesting clothes store. We get off the highway at that exit sometimes in Aurora depending where we are traveling to or from and take a back way if traffic is bad.

As soon as you walk in, the employees are asking what you need what you're looking for and invade your space.. Just stopped here for a t shirt, and they sure made me feel like I was shoplifting as soon as I walked in... Won't return
