1 bank teller and 1 banker on a Friday afternoon. Make it make sense!!! I had to wait for 10 min to get told the banker can’t help me. Plus the safe was wide open. This place isn’t safe for the staff and maybe there wasn’t any money inside but a safe creates the illusion that money is inside. I went to the Central Park location after going here. Don’t recommend.

I am truly grateful for the exceptional service provided by the PNC Bank staff at this location. The bank tellers have been incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive during difficult times. Their professionalism and positive demeanor have made a significant impact on my banking experience, turning it into a bright spot in my life. Thank you, to all the bank tellers and management at this PNC Bank location, for having such a wonderful team that goes above and beyond for their customers. I am truly grateful!.

PNC is ok to bank. It's a bank. This location, however good service has been for others, hasn't been for me. No matter the circumstance there's always a situation. I can never get service or what I'm asking for. Any other location I go to I never have an issue with withdrawals, Deposits, or inquiries. I'm starting to think it's because of how I look or my race, I don't understand. Customer service is ok, not the best. No accommodation, no help. Bank manager I believe, makes everything difficult. I'm a customer, have been for over 4 years I can't cash a check at this location, deposit, or ask a question.

This bank is literally robbing people.. how can they charge 2% to cash a check for non customers?

Terrible customer service, they say they have been there for many years but they have not learned anything, Marwa Azizullo, making a deposit and wanting to make a withdrawal, wanted me to do things her way, after 15 years with BBVA PNC it is not the same, I think that it is time to look for other options, if you can I suggest you do so too.

What has the world come to. An unexpected circumstance led us to have to cash a Progressive check at the issuing bank, PNC. Since I'm not a customer, I had to pay a 2% fee. Way to step on the little guy. Big banks like Chase, Bank of America and Wells Fargo all charge $8, Citibank, Captlital One, free.This Bank charges the highest fee, I wonder what else they are charging to actual customers. I lm searching for a new bank, but it won't be PNC.
