They delivered the pod on time and the drivers were very nice and professional. Sadly they didn't tell us how their loan would work and ended up charging our credit card the full amount which will be very hard on us. I've called to ask them to shift it to the loan they recommended we get - which we got approved for the day we ordered but they basically told us its too late. Very upset by that.
EDIT: They've reached out and fixed the issue with the payment. My credit card will be refunded and the amount was put on the loan instead. Very thankful so I'm raising the review to 4 Stars.

PODS is a great long distance moving solution. It allows freedom at both the loading and unloading points. Competitive pricing, your possessions are secured and scheduling was easy. Some glitches in communication, but they were resolved.

I used pods to store my stuff while my garage was being torn down and rebuilt. The construction process did not go as smoothly as I would have liked so it took an extra several months but pods was there to deliver my stuff when I was ready to move it back in and it all went smooth as silk. David dropped off my pod and dodged traffic on a busy street so that was pretty great.

Xavier delivered our pod today to use for storage during a renovation for a couple of months. When we found out it wasn’t possible to set it where we thought we wanted it, he worked with us to find the next best option that would still give us access in and out of our garage. We don’t know yet about the entire POD experience, but we were pleased with our delivery driver. Thanks, Xavier!

I ordered a 16' container and received a 12' container. The drop off went ok, no issues there, but to get it picked up was a frustrating experience. I tried to book it on the web site half a dozen times, but the order would not process. I called and talked to someone to schedule it, but 20 minutes later I found out that they had to do everything manually, like sending emails to the locations directly, because your logistics system was down. At the end of the call I found out that I was going to be charged for another full month of storage in addition to the move fee. If I were to schedule the move earlier in the week to avoid the charges, it would take another 20 minutes to sort out. The sales guy was really grumpy about it like I was putting him out. He said the delivery company would call to set up a pick up time.
This morning, the company showed up before my business was open and picked up the container. I got a text message saying "this is pods call me" from the driver I assume. I called the guy several times but they never picked up. I show up and find the container has been picked up already. I hadn't strapped down a couple of items and hadn't installed the load bars yet to keep everything stable.
So I race across town to find they had already dropped the container, not where I had asked them to, and left mud all over my customer's driveway and ruts in their lawn. If you have to drive over the grass, have the sense to put down plywood sheets down like any other equipment operator. I got lucky and didn't have anything damaged in the move, but now I'm going to be scrubbing a driveway this weekend instead of spending time with my family to keep my clients happy. 2 stars because they did deliver and pick up the container, but the user experience sucked. I will never use this company again.

Thieves broke into my unit and stole 80in tv and family heirlooms on their property. Deliver my pod regardless of it being broken into. As soon as I told them what happened. They kicked it to their insurance. High dissatisfied with them. Would not recommend

Pods tried to scam me out of $1000 dollars! They told me it was going to cost $1000 dollars to deliver my full container to our new house that was 11 miles away from where it was originally picked up! Dealing with customer service was a nightmare! Every time I called customer service I was hung up on and every person I spoke to was incompetent! This is by far one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.

Moved from Dublin Ohio to Littleton Colorado. PODS in Ohio was 5 star. Really worked hard to make everything work for us when we needed to get an extra POD on short notice. PODS were delivered to Aurora then to Littleton. Only 4 stars in Aurora because the driver of the truck delivering the first POD to our residence (Tommy) would not put the POD in our driveway. He said the branches from trees on either side of the driveway could potentially damage the hydraulic lines on the truck so he dropped the POD in the street which made me do a lot of extra work. The branches were small and wouldn't hurt a thing. The driver of the second POD dropped it right in the driveway no problem. Aside from that everything went well.
