Edit: After getting a sincere phone call from the general manager, I decided to continue doing business with Kaizen and let them repair my car. My estimated compete date was for Feb 14 but they were finished almost a week earlier than anticipated. They were upfront and honest with the updates they gave me throughout the repair process. I am happy that my door closes flush, that I have my mirror back, my car is safe to drive again, and it looks great. Thank you to Greg and team at Kaizen.Pre-edit: "Make a good first impression" would be the overall theme of this review. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate about a week and a half out. I scheduled for 1030 am which will come into play in this tale. I hung up, put the appointment in my phone right away and told my wife so she could tell the adjuster. Today, the day of the appointment, I made it to the shop 5 minutes before my appointment time. The receptionist was polite and professional and got things rolling with my estimate. A man came out shortly after that and was told by the previously mentioned receptionist that my appointment time was from 10 - 11, which made him upset. He took her behind a thin door and reprimanded her for accepted my visit after I was "30 minutes late" for my appointment. Then he attacked my character, saying something along the lines of, "now I have to drop everything to help this guy who has no concept of time." Most people don't just show up 30 minutes late to any appointment without warning. I certainly don't. In this case though, I wasn't late. I told the "gentleman" that I heard what he said. I informed him that my appointment was set for 1030 and I don't know where the mix up came from. Honestly, I probably wouldn't be leaving this review if my character wasn't slandered but unfortunately for him and the shop I heard everything he was saying. He did get my estimate done quickly though (probably because I was running late in his mind" and he was professional to my face. Otherwise, this would have been a 1 star review.

Rusty was the best. Great customer service. The work took a month but they had to do two claims and one was an insurance company that they did not work with normally. The work was perfect, you can't tell the accidents happened.

On July 17, 2023 I took my car down to them to get the damage fix from the hail and then they wanted to take the time to get my car into the shop and start working on it. I did not get my car back for a month and seven days and every time I call them they want to give me a call around and when I finally got my car, they messed everything up. My alarm system does not work. They messed up my stereo I had called him and I asked him if I bring it back and see if they can fix it. They do not want to stand behind anything. I would not recommend anybody else to go there. They are not friendly they are not nice they don’t know how to treat their customers, right and they told me that my car will be ready on August 18 but I didn’t get back until August 25 like I said a month and seven days I would not recommend anybody going over there anymore because you would not get your car back in time and they will give you false information about it and they said they would send text messages never did I will not go back there anymore. They lost a customer. I don’t recommend anybody go over there. I am really disappointed. How I got cheated as a customer.Service: Body & Trim
