My experience with PCL Labs was terrible. I made an appointment and was surprised the person answering the phone was the same person performing the blood draw. They wanted to know my doctor's license number which I've never been asked to provide. At my doctor's appointment to find out the results to my frustration they had not sent him the results answering were rude and hung up on me when I questioned them why my results were not sent. I was told because they didn't have a fax number. I've had blood drawn before and have never had the person answering the phone performed the blood draw, never had to ask my doctor for his license, and never went to the doctor and he not have the results. Then to be treated rudely because they didn't take the time to ask me for the doctor's fax number but asked me for his license number. My mistake was.to continue with the appointment when clearly there were red flags. I would not recommend.

PCL and the owner Dawit are well organized crime group, they robbed your money with in seconds
Back in January when I do my covid test I was told if I pay full payment I wouldn't have to pay any payment in Addis Abeba however in Addis I was charged 2200 birr for the full test cost, I was told that by dawit himself in Denver I don't have to pay any charge in Addis for the test
He is lier and low personality unprofessionall
PCL and Dawit is not recommended for any medical work for work or personal
Your medical report may be in danger

I had a great experience with PCL! I went in to get a PCR covid test & my results came back on time. Everything was run smoothly & the staff were all very kind. I will recommend PCL to all my friends!!

mom is 87- in home. precision comes at 6am in morning to wake up a sleeping 87 yr old for monthly routine blood draw.... I asked to have it done later and they could not accommodate us. weird because they say the office opens at 7A. Very unconsiderate and unprofessional. Guess the customer isn't important to them....

I am so thankful a friend recommended PCL as they were extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. The staff were friendly and willing to accommodate my traveling schedule when no one else would. I was overall very impressed with PCL's service!

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst service I have ever encountered in my life. The location on Mississippi is the one I went to, their website says they open at 6am so I called that time to prepare for a walk in covid test to be able to take an international flight the next day. No one answered the phone after I called multiple times over the course of 2 hours and left a message twice. There was an option to text a number after I no one was answering my calls so I texted it explaining that I need to come in for a walk in, no answer. When I called for the last time at 8am finally I got an answer and it was an employee reprimanding me for calling “so late” because they are about to close, even though I have been calling and texting and leaving voicemails for the past 2 hours. I told her that I called multiple times and she told me I am lying and I did not call. When I finally drove to the location I showed the employees my phone call history to show that I called and they did not say a word, they looked at each other as if they were trying not to laugh. I have medicaid but they told me I have to pay cash because using medicaid is too complicated. My flight is so soon I didn’t have time to go back and fourth so I paid the $85 cash. THEN AFTER ALL THAT, the employee accidentally kept my ID. So I went back hours later to pick up my results as well as my ID. I have never encountered staff so unprofessional and disrespectful. Horrible experience

The owner of the lab (Dawit Mengesha) sent me a threatening text message regarding a Covid test where I never got my results. Stay away from this crazy man. This lab is complete trash
