mom is 87- in home. precision comes at 6am in morning to wake up a sleeping 87 yr old for monthly routine blood draw.... I asked to have it done later and they could not accommodate us. weird because they say the office opens at 7A. Very unconsiderate and unprofessional. Guess the customer isn't important to them....

PCL and the owner Dawit are well organized crime group, they robbed your money with in secondsBack in January when I do my covid test I was told if I pay full payment I wouldn't have to pay any payment in Addis Abeba however in Addis I was charged 2200 birr for the full test cost, I was told that by dawit himself in Denver I don't have to pay any charge in Addis for the testHe is lier and low personality unprofessionallPCL and Dawit is not recommended for any medical work for work or personalYour medical report may be in danger

I am so thankful a friend recommended PCL as they were extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. The staff were friendly and willing to accommodate my traveling schedule when no one else would. I was overall very impressed with PCL's service!

I had a great experience with PCL! I went in to get a PCR covid test & my results came back on time. Everything was run smoothly & the staff were all very kind. I will recommend PCL to all my friends!!

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst service I have ever encountered in my life. The location on Mississippi is the one I went to, their website says they open at 6am so I called that time to prepare for a walk in covid test to be able to take an international flight the next day. No one answered the phone after I called multiple times over the course of 2 hours and left a message twice. There was an option to text a number after I no one was answering my calls so I texted it explaining that I need to come in for a walk in, no answer. When I called for the last time at 8am finally I got an answer and it was an employee reprimanding me for calling “so late” because they are about to close, even though I have been calling and texting and leaving voicemails for the past 2 hours. I told her that I called multiple times and she told me I am lying and I did not call. When I finally drove to the location I showed the employees my phone call history to show that I called and they did not say a word, they looked at each other as if they were trying not to laugh. I have medicaid but they told me I have to pay cash because using medicaid is too complicated. My flight is so soon I didn’t have time to go back and fourth so I paid the $85 cash. THEN AFTER ALL THAT, the employee accidentally kept my ID. So I went back hours later to pick up my results as well as my ID. I have never encountered staff so unprofessional and disrespectful. Horrible experience

They are very easy to communicate with and friendly staff the only downfall is the price. $150 is kind of pricy. Other than that, excellent service

My family and I went to PCL for COVID-19 testing so we could travel, and the experience was not pleasing. Our first time getting tested, my whole family agreed that the test was not only uncomfortable but painful. My daughter and I tested negative while my other daughter tested positive. The lab called my youngest daughter informing her that she needs to quarantine for the next 14+ days. Keep in mind, she is a minor. We all returned to get tested the next morning, we were told we would get the results around 3-4pm. Later that day after 4pm, we called the lab to obtain our testing results, they proceeded to tell us that we can expect our results by 6pm. We received no calls or emails regarding our results, so around 6:30, we started calling the lab multiple times. Our phone calls were constantly answered with disrespect and unprofessionalism (either they hung up or told us to call back in a few hours with a horrible attitude).Then we were told to expect a call or email with the results by 9pm, we did not receive any email nor a call for the rest of the night. The proceeding morning we called to see what was happing with our results. They then informed me that my family has tested positive for COVID-19 and will get a call soon. By 2pm, we received neither an email or a phone call from PCL. My daughter had to call back to inquire about our documented test result, when they said they would not discuss the results because she is a minor. Although, her minority was not considered when the lab staff member contacted her via cell phone and email previously. Both times, my youngest daughter has been the one receiving information about not only her, but her older sister's information as well. My family found this as a violation of HIPPA. The fact that neither parent/ guardian was contacted is unethical and unprofessional. A 14 year old should never be receiving calls and/ or emails/ messages about not only her medical information, but another minor (my other daughter), too.We then had the rest of our household get tested because they were all exposed, all of their results came back negative which made us doubt their testing system. Considering our living situation, it just didn't make sense for my daughters and I to test positive, while the rest of our family (with whom we eat, transport, and live) tested negative.In addition, I received a disrespectful text message from the owner's personal cell phone. The purpose was to inform me about the conversation held between his staff and my daughter. His message read, and I quote, "please advise your kid not to call and argue with our lab. We can not even discuss anything with her regarding her lab as she is minor". As you can assume, this message caused anger because it was never our intention to have staff member contacting my 14 year old daughter in the first place. It was initially a representative from PCL who contacted her first. I was next to her during this conversation, and I can confirm she did not argue while requesting a document with our test results. I cannot say the same for the very rude employees.To this day, my oldest daughter still has not received her test results from either sample (she was tested 6 weeks ago, and again last week). I have also never received an email from this establishment about my test results from the sample taken the second time we had to get tested.In addition, I have had many family and friends inform me about their untrustworthy drug testing. It has been reported that the urine samples are never actually ran in the lab. Documents are signed without any regard.In conclusion, the interactions between my family and the PCL staff members was very dissatisfactory. We have never had to communicate with a more disrespectful, unorganized, unprofessional, and more importantly, unethical establishment. I would never recommend PCL in Aurora.I would love to support a local Black-owned business, but my family's safety and health is a priority. Unfortunately, the behavior shown by PCL doesn't represent that.Elizabeth

The Chicago lab is very friendly and easy to work with. So thankful we found PCL and so grateful for the fast turn around time of results to comply with travel requirements!! We got tested just before 2:00 pm and had our results by 8:30 pm the next night! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a quick turnaround on RT PCR results for travel!!!

Our experience with this lab was underwhelming.We have a family member with Stage IV kidney disease and is extremely old so we had this lab come to our home.They would never give us a time that they would be there or even narrow down if it was in the am or pm.Last week, Wednesday, my family member was supposed to have his blood drawn. At 1:00pm we called and were told that the phlebotomist had been in a car accident and would be late. At 4:09 we called back and were told that the phlebotomist would not be coming and that the draw would be rescheduled to the following week. We said that he needed the labs now as his kidneys were failing and Precision Lab said they only come to our area on Wednesday. We made arrangements to be at another home in Friday for our family member to have his blood drawn. His blood was drawn on Friday.The following Monday we called the doctor’s office for the results. The doctors office called Precision Lab and was told that the machine that tested the blood was down. The next day, Tuesday, the doctor’s office called and said that Precision Lab’s blood machine was still down.Today is Wednesday and we still don’t have results.Our family member’s doctor ordered a stat blood order at Quest labs as he needed thus result last week.Go somewhere else if you need lab results urgently.

Great customer service, and very fast service. My brother got tested in another lab for traveling to Africa, they gave him unacceptable paper and Ethiopian won't accepted his covid report so he was in qurantin for 7 days so one of my friend recommended me to go to precious clinical lab. I want to PCL at 7am and got my result same day. their service was wonderful. I met my family without Quorantine.all employee from front desk to the manager are friendly. I recommend PCL for every body who want to travel.
