Normally, I was satisfied enough with this place. They must installed the card payments for the vacuums lately but experienced that it doesn't suck at all anymore. And the time is very short, too. As you can see on my video, even my hair won't get sucked. My home vacuum is for sure stronger.
No service number written on the mashines etc. But there was one next to the washinghouse. We'll see if they will answer.
Either you guys will fix it or you will loose a lot of customers soon.

This wash used to be higher quality. I’ve gone a handful of times recently and sometimes the self service washers are out of specific detergents. Most recently I was charged to use the automatic self wash, but the sensors would not activate and thus I could not wash the car.
If you live close and catch the place on a good day, it’s fine at best. Disappointing as I used to come here often years ago. Recently moved back to the area and after giving this location a few chances, I think I’ll be finding another wash to frequent.

I like this place although they increased their price without my concent. It used to be $25 bucks now it's $30.

I got charged 3x the normal amount for a 5 min car wash - $15 total. I’ve come here many times and it’s always been fine until recently. I had to submit a request for help on their website because there isn’t a number to call. Still waiting to hear back, pretty disappointed as I enjoyed being a customer.

What a rip off. 15 seconds per 25¢. Low pressure tire cleaner and pre-wash barely spits soap at your car so it takes longer to cover your vehicle. Pressure soap and wash didn’t even touch some of the bugs and grit on my car. Wanted to give a local spot some business, but I won’t be coming back here again.

Used my credit card at the self-wash station and was charged exactly $15.00 for what would have cost about $6 at the car wash just up the street on Quincy. The other car wash charges based on time, this one seems to simply wallop you with a flat fee. Btw, not just a preauthorization. It was preauthorized for $15 and I waited until the charge was final before reviewing.

Do not go to this dump. There are only two vacuums that accept card and the one I used didn't suck anything up. When I tried to stop the vacuum early the ONLY BUTTON on the machine extends your time, so I ended up paying for 10 minutes of a broken vacuum. I repeat do not come here, they clearly don't care.

The owner was out cleaning the bays and putting out deicer after a heavy snowstorm. He informed me that they use Armor all soap products, which is a great touch. It definitely makes for a cleaner vehicle. Thanks for taking the time to talk to me Your extra attention to detail really shows
