I want people to be aware they will raise the rent on you at any time they feel. They will “email” you and say it went to your spam or “mail” something warning you of your rent increase. When I first moved in my rent was 171.00 they increased it to 221.00 for god knows what. They just expect you to pay that without an explanation. You can’t even access the property 24 hours a day. I thought this was the best choice but after receiving random rent increases I’d strongly suggest you go somewhere else. It’s also almost impossible to talk to someone who can actually tell you why the only explanation you’ll get is it comes from our corporate office.

I got this storage unit in 2019 during very dark time in my life and had to leave valuables I couldn't take with me. I worried every day that my unit would be broken into or mice would get in my boxes. To my surprise, 5 years later other than an occasional spider web everything was just the way i remembered it. Elliott understood my frustration for getting into the unit after 5 years and made the move out process seamless. I highly recommend this storage unit property.
