For Addison property manager. Actually for the first time someone took time, long time, but figured out what is going on with my nonsense account and fees and put it straight. Highly recommend. Also thank you for staying calm, nice and polite, besides also being knowledgeable. That's the way we supposedly are people who work in the customer service field, but many are not doing that.
