They had done some medals for me about a month ago and turned out good and i told them i would have more coming of 50 plus and was told they could do them. Turned in what i wanted a week ago and staff was on vacation and was called today and was told they didn't want to do them. The wording isn't much different than the first ones that were done, just more of them. She said she couldn't make money on them. Why sell them then?Found another place that has the same medals for a dollar cheaper and glad to make them.

We usually show up to Quality Awards with an idea of what we want to do, but with little knowledge or experience in this area. The nice people there are quick to recognize the direction we want to go and help guide us along. They are very professional and loaded with experience.
