Option provided by United Airlines. Staff was friendly, shuttle service was delayed but I also recognize they were dealing with high volumes of people. We were grateful for a nights rest, but had some unexpected challenges with our room that I’ll decline to share for liability reasons. Wasn’t a great experience unfortunately for our family, I’ll leave it at that.

Customer service was terrible, rude and unhelpful staff. The rooms need remodeling badly. The heater smells absolutely terrible, and all the faucets leak. Didn't even serve coffee at their 'free' breakfast. The shuttle service takes an incredibly long time. Calling itself an airport hotel is very misleading considering the distance necessary to reach the airport

It's an acceptable standard budget hotel right off the highway. Nothing special, expect the usual thin walls, hearing your neighbor and the elevator and cheap worn linens. Was woken up at 4:00 a.m. by a family who thought it was okay to scream at each other down the hallway as they were packing up and leaving. I was disappointed that there was no coffee pot in the room or a machine that could make hot water for tea (and I paid for a king suite). There is nothing to eat nearby except Denny's. The reason that I chose this hotel is because they said they have a free airport shuttle, but their shuttle service is crappy. Trust me when I say you should just pay the extra cost for an Uber, which would then allow you to stay in a hotel much closer to the airport. The hotel airport shuttle only runs once an hour and it can fit about six people. It's also not predictable, you have no idea when it will show up. Multiple passengers will be left behind for the next shuttle both going to the hotel and returning to the airport. When I arrived at the hotel, I was so lucky to be the first person off the shuttle, meaning I was the first person in line at the desk. There was only one person to check people in and it was so agonizingly slow, 10 mins per person, no express check in. The last people off the shuttle had to wait more than an hour to check in. Then in the morning waiting for the shuttle back to the airport, I could see that there were way too many people to fit in the first shuttle out, so I called an Uber and got to the airport without hassle. The really stupid thing is that management could just charge $15 each way for a shuttle, which would be half the price of an Uber, and then the hotel could pay for two drivers to run every half hour an increase their customer service by a million points. Also when they know that they're about to get six people off the shuttle, why aren't they prepared for that and have all the keys and papers printed out? This isn't rocket science, they're just lazy and mediocre, they don't deserve your money. Overall, I would never come back here, but I got a delayed flight and had to stay overnight somewhere and frankly I just chose this because I was exhausted, it popped up on the map and didn't want to spend an hour finding a hotel room late at night.

I didn't pick this hotel. We were sent there by the airline. We called for airport shuttle pick up. We were told 40 mins. An hour and 20 minutes later the airport shuttle arrives. The driver wouldn't even open the back of the van so we could put our luggage in. He was super stand off-ish. Then we get to our room at 1am. Only to find it dirty. One of the beds was slept in, there were dirty towels and coffee mess. It's also 25 minutes away from the airport with traffic.

Not sure why this place is 3.3 stars on here. It’s definitely one of the best hotels in the area. It’s clean and comfortable. Safe location, great breakfast. Priced very reasonably and a free airport shuttle.

Do not trust the suttle service to the airport. Sat in lobby for 20 mins after scheduled time, to be told there was no suttle service. Everyone waiting, ended up using uber and left. At 60 dollars. Do not trust them to get you to the airport.*called later confiormed, they do not promise a suttle service!

clean comfortable bed. clean room. great room amenities. good cable and wifi. great breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, and the usual bread/cereal/pastry stuff. free airport shuttle is great. they have a $6 occupancy tax added to your bill that does not show up on the reservation price. it is mentioned in the fine print on the reservation page so be ready to pay more than your reserved price.

Everything was great except the shuttle and heater. We called and were told the shuttle had just left for the airport and would be there within 20 minutes. We called again 20 minutes later to find out the shuttle driver had just gotten on shift and hadn't even left yet. That was incredibly frustrating.Everything else about the room and service was fine except the heater. The bed was reasonably soft and the staff were helpful with my special requests. The breakfast was good with lots of options. The only other downside was the heater was so loud when it came on that it woke me up a few times in the night. I probably could have asked for another room but I didn't realize it would be a problem until after we were in bed.
