I was apprehensive about going here after seeing all the bad reviews. I gave this place a 4/5 stars not for the service, but the process of getting in. Catherine was my phlebotomist and she did a wonderful job explaining things to me and providing excellent service.

Worst place I've ever been to. They definitely need to do better, short staffed or not, people have better things to do than be sitting at this place for over an hour AFTER their scheduled appointment time has passed, and then just get bumped off the "wait list" and there is nobody to even speak to or ask questions or anything. The entire room was full of people, and there were people waiting out in their cars. The lack of respect for peoples time is horrible. WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN. IT SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN IF THEY CANT PROVIDE WHAT THEY LITERALLY GET PAID TO PROVIDE.

Had a nice experience today, lab tech was patient and worked well with my elderly Mom, and the walk-in service really came in handy.

Absolutely terrible. Still takes walk-ins and appointments while being more than an hour behind. Able to serve 1 person at a time and each taking more than 10 minutes. Good luck keeping any schedule if you choose this quest.

I was a lil scared to go here bc of the reviews but it turned out just fine. I did wait for around 30 mins after my appointment time, but that's a 'fairly' standard practice for many in a doctor's office like setting. I only dealt with one person. Sorry that I don't remember his name. Super nice and professional. And, he actually waited for the alcohol to dry before putting the needle into my arm. Two thumbs way up. Lol.

Terrible. If you notice your name isn't being called, don't be polite about it. They will leave you waiting for hours. Stop someone and ask them what's wrong right away. Even if it says you are checked in, don't trust the screen.No phone number or front desk, you will have to stop someone as they are calling the names of the people who arrived after you.They are aware of the problems with check in, they just don't care.Good luck.

Look at other reviews!! Over an hour behind yet everyone is out at lunch. If you need a drug screen id go anywhere else but here. No check in desk, rude staff especially stephanie! Over very poor experience.

Do yourself a favor and go to another location not only did the first time go horrible they lectured me about fasting when my doctor told me to for my labs and said I didn't drink enough water that's why my blood was so hard to draw. No it was hard because they missed my veins multiple times . And then after that had the gall to send me 500$ dollar bill because they didn't bill my insurance even when I scanned and presented it to the lady helping me. Then when I show up for follow up labs suddenly demand 150$ before they can do labs when they still haven't corrected the following billing issue I walked out I'll get labs done somewhere else and you should too.

Walked in without an appointment with a wheel chair patient. Signed in. Only waited about 30 minutes. The man helping was super helpful and efficient. Excellent!!!

Horrible wait times. Appointments are useless. Already 20 mins past my appointment time. Never called past over me never left the waiting room Horrible Horrible service. Would give 0 stars if possible.

This Quest is in a hospital. Check-in is entirely automated. One tiny waiting room bursting with people, not a single staff member, only two digital kiosks to check in, which were giving the people using them a great deal of confusion and difficulty. It was clear I would be waiting a very long time just to check in, let alone have my labs done, so I left for another lab. I understand wanting to simplify and digitize the process, but there needs to be an actual person around to answer questions and keep things moving. This is a atrocious planning, that I can imagine causes as much stress and frustration for the staff as it does the patients.

Not only are the people at this location rude and incompetent, they wont even answer the phone. They let their automatic system handle their calls and even when requesting a representative it gives you a message about visiting their website. What a horrible company.

I had a great experience today when I took my child to have blood drawn for the first time. When Erica drew the blood my child felt no pain at all and didn’t even feel it happening. I am so thankful my child’s first experience was pleasant and not traumatic.Jessica and Erika went above and beyond to assist us by making calls and researching the special type of test my child’s Dr ordered to see if Quest can do it. They were super friendly, and genuinely wanted to help me.I wasn’t even expecting to do the test the same day, I just went to ask if it could be done, but they made sure it was done the same day which saved me time and effort so I am beyond grateful for my experience today. Thank you for making my day!!

Their website says that they stop taking urine samples at 5pm. Went in at 3:55 and was denied and told to go somewhere else. The lady was very rude
