Been going to rent a center since I was in my 20, didn't have good credit then and I always had a good relationship with them, now that I have good credit and can go anywhere I want to buy something I still go here because I'm loyal because they always helped me out when my credit wouldn't let me get the items I wanted..

These clowns called me 12 times in an 8 hour period because I was 2 days late on my 80 dollar payment, mind you I have never missed a payment or been late on a payment and I have since paid the 80 dollars and the little funky 6 dollar late fee. This store and the staff members need to do a better job of treating good customers as such and not assume that if someone is late that they are trying to take you stuff. It’s a boo for me!!!

Giving a 2 star rating only cause they have helped me a lot when it comes to making payments. But yesterday they took $75 out of my account without permission making it over-drafted. And when i called to ask who did it i got attitude given and praised about how they have helped me and been too nice and how now they regret it. I understand I’m passed due, I understand i owe money, but after giving $150 the same week and telling them “I’ll let you know when i have the other payment” and them knowing is kind blowing. I received a text asking for the expiration of my card and i never replied because i didn’t have the $ on my card. Later after another missed call i check my account and its -70 because rent a center. They take payments out of accounts without permission. Now my account is passed due and my bank over-drafted. Straight tried to jack me for something I don’t even have. Hints why I didn’t reply!!
