Horrific. Overall terrible experience. Harassment is the only word to describe their behavior. I stopped payment ls not due to money issues. I was grossly insulted and felt violated by the staffs excessive actions.

Required to leave a minimum 1 star review.This is a horrendous company.They will harass you for something as low as $15 for their own benifit.3 phone calls or more a day for a payment less than $100..You can get a life..

1) BAD ! look away from this store ! problem after problems, excuse after excuse . When I got my stuff delivered April 8 , they broke a leg off of my vanity that comes with mirror, guys that delivered told me I could just add glue and fix it if I wanted it done quick to do it myself , or I can wait on there repair guy and wait a month till heās free. They ordered the parts āsupposedlyā and I had to wait till they got there in order for their repair guy to call me . May ,came algo i sent them an email no response , ending of may I called , lady that answered said she doesnāt know to wait till manager calls me back . June 12th I sent a whole email , no response again . Went into store and lady that helped me said thereās no track of emails and that they did not receive them ⦠funny itās the same email they gave me to send in my paystubs and all but they did get that !? She also said that she put in the pieces on order but thereās no way to track and that she knows nothing to wait for manager , seems like manager is never available. August comes I decide to go back in , I believe her name is margarita tells me she knows nothing she can leave a note for manager and they will call tmmr , other lady that helped me get my bedroom set said she can no longer discount due to the bed being at the lowest they can discount on and I can only get $100.00 off . Iām busy I work the fact I have to waste my time for something they messed up , is ridiculous and only for $100.00 that they believe covers time out of my day , gas , to drive up there and inconvenience ,just stupid . Iāve been more than patient. September 16th I take time out of my day to go in again because on the 24th was when I was going to pay my balance in full I talk to Anna ,I asked her if they are ever going to fix my vanity , she says it can take months till I get it fixed sheās sorry and that the 100.00 will get off on my last payment when they submit it and that I have to go in the store to pay in order for them to push that discount thru . Iām not rude at all Iām trying to be understanding but this has gone far since April ! -will continue in my other account.
