If I could I wouldn't even put one stars. But I can't blame everyone only a few people on why I would never recommend this school to anyone. One being Miss Peña. Please please if you get in and get her as a teacher try to get out as soon as possible. She destroyed my daughter self esteem, her self worth, her light. My daughter would cry and throw fits every morning about going into school, fits that aren't normal for a five year old. She was absolutely terrified of going to school so she started missing a lot of days which I know In turn is bad but I'm talking about full on fighting breakdowns so that she wouldn't have to go so I had to keep her home sometimes. It was less of a battle. Plus I could see how scared she truly was. Every day she'd come defeated and tell me how miss Peña yelled at her and put her on the ground in some curved time out with her knees up. Or how students in her class would bully her and call her stupid, a kid even touched her butt and kept bullying her and I told them multiple times and they ignored it. Miss Peña would tell me everyday something bad my kid had done, never anything she did good. She even had the audacity to tell me I didn't care about my daughters education when I asked MULTIPLE times for them to take a look at and test my daughter to get her in a n IEp. Even her doctors called the school and social workers from her hospital and the school would just ignore it . Miss Peña would say it wasn't her job. Like yes it is. You could tell she only cared about the test scores and not the students. She shouldn't be a teacher especially with young kids. I saw so many kids leave the day from her class crying and running to their parents. I even asked the principle multiple times to move her classes and still they'd ignore me or come up with some bullshit excuse. Thankfully my daughter is at a new school that treats her well and lets her attend to stuff. They award her good behavior instead of only focusing on the negative. She loves loves school now and goes into school happily now It shows how the schools and teachers are important for their kids education. All I'm saying is if your gonna be a teacher then love and show respect to your students . Or don't be one. Simple Don't send your kids here. Especially in her class.

Absolute nightmare of a school. They allowed my granddaughter to be bullied, molested, and targeted. They ignored her pediatricians many phone calls to get her on an IEP until Spring. So for most of my granddaughter's kindergarten year she didn't have an IEP because they couldn't be bothered. They punished my granddaughter by keeping her from fun activities because she's got ADHD (which again they ignored until Spring) which led to her being further ostracized by her classmates. The teacher talked down to my daughter consistently. The principal had the nerve to attempt to talk down to me when I called her out on their ineptitude and cruelty. In the strongest language possible, do not send your kids to this nightmare of a school. Yes my granddaughter is starting 1st grade at a better school.

I was wrongfully terminated by Juli Garcia Vicente at Fletcher RMP on 6/7/22.In February of this year, she called me into her office and advised me they were removing an interventionist role, keeping someone in the role that had just started and my numbers were comparable to other staff for student growth. I began looking at other jobs, whether they started right away or for the upcoming school year. Within a couple of weeks, Juli had called me back in and advised me that she had spoken to the RMP hiring team, essentially blacklisting me from working for the company, my supervisor Rachel just sitting there saying nothing in response to the negative feedback that wasn't true. I was warned by a couple of friends that worked there of Juli's behavior around other employees who stood up to her being a bully, she fired them, so there was some acknowledgement around that being a possible consequence. Juli rules the school through fear and was treating me worse beyond that. I reached out to Juli's supervisor, who basically excused the behavior, so I reached out to the CEO, Tricia Noyola. We talked and applications were opened up. I hadn't intended to apply for a Fletcher role, but an amazing opportunity came up as a second art teacher, the first has amazing classroom management and pacing, as well as having just added art to my resume. The other art teacher was in full support as we had gotten close over our interest in art, many of the plans for next year, I've had a hand in. I began to get suspicious when they delayed telling me if I got the job and when both the principal and HR rep were added to my end of year talk I wondered, enough to forward on several of the emails (I also have recordings of the meeting with the supervisor, CEO, and termination). I was fired and the reason they listed was that I didn't disclose that I was terminated from my previous job. I don't have access to my application, have no doubt that Juli in her slander and libel would change that, but I always do and can provide other applications to other districts, submitted before the termination that show that I do list it. I was told that I couldn't contact staff at Fletcher for any reason, unless they contact me first, which a couple did. My closest friend works there, I explained she had my key in case of emergency and they still ordered me to cut off all contact, except for the HR rep Tracy Reynolds. I reached out to one who asked me to reach out after the meeting, she has shut off her phone, but other people believe she was threatened. The other person said they have no right to control who she speaks to outside of work, which according to the police and legal is very true. But Tracy Reynolds both emailed and called me to say that since I spoke/or tried to speak to people they were calling the police. Aurora police said a company can't collectively ban staff or make a claim if I communicated with them, but it still sucked. The letter they sent to staff was also sent to me (again treating me differently than anyone else), basically said I had been terminated and if I reached out to contact HR. This has impacted my closest friendship, with no idea of the lasting impact it will have, I've been told that conjuncture ran wild the last couple of days around what I could have done that was so horrible that I was terminated that fast, this not only officially blackballed me with RMP, but could impact all references in moving forward in finding a job. I tried to reach out to other higher ups and the CEO, no response. I have now filed unemployment and a discrimination due to bias through EEOC and will be filing a wrongful termination lawsuit once I've completed that.I have offered to reach a settlement: give me the art role next year, allow me to be able to start at the beginning of 7/25/22 with the rest of staff, safely (investigating and terminating the principal) and keeping the HR rep and reimbursement me for salary I lost due to this behavior. I will also take down this feedback if they do so.

The teachers here are amazing, but the office staff is not, they seem to think it’s fun to make up new rules towards the end of the year, April 1st be be exact. I had to explain that I had to take my son out early to go to Brain Balance to help treat my son’s Autism and she laughed in my face and made it clear to me that she thinks of children with special needs as less. So, because of their new rules I needed to pick my children up 20 minutes earlier in order to get where we needed to be. All was good for about two weeks until about mid April then they informed me that you can’t take your kids out early after 3:30, so I started picking them up at 3:15. I think it’s stupid to make my kids miss school unnecessarily, all to sooth Miss Parra’s ego. She made it clear to me that despite my younger son’s high test scores that we are not welcome and talking to her isn't going to solve anything. At one time she pretended to not even understand what I was saying, even though I know she speaks English. In mid-May 2019, I was asked to provide proof that I paid for uniforms the previous August before the school year started, not sure if I am being singled out or if the office staff is that incompetent because it could really go either way. I had to figure out which card I used, and then had to provide proof that I did pay for them on August 6, 2018. So make sure you save all your receipts till then end of the school year.Needless to say we will not be returning in the fall. This place is not worth dealing with picking up and dropping kids off here is pure chaos, not to mention after school activities, like concerts or other mandatory events. The traffic is horrible in the car line and it is a miracle that there hasn’t been an accident. There are better alternatives for your child’s education.

I really liked the school even though I did not have children studying in it. I would like an opportunity for my 6 year old daughter, how can I get it?

This school is very good and I recommend it 100%, the teachers are very good, my son is very advanced in reading and mathematics, the director and assistants are always very involved in his education, they do one hour of coffee a month for the parents, and they always give a lot of information and there is always time for the parents and to ask questions.

On the positive, I like that it is structured, it's in a close area, and the values it is aiming to teach. On the negative so far everything has been very disorganized. For example, half of my daughter's uniforms are on back order, gatherings like orientation and back to school night have been chaotic and everywhere, the drive line for pick up is a disaster; you can't even get out of the car to pick up your child. It took many traffic jams and a few potential accidents to even get in the line. My daughter had to wait 20 minutes for me to even get to her (and there for felt "she was being held prisoner" because they wouldn't bring her to me), and finally they wouldn't let her go down the slide at recess even though she had tights on under her dress simply because she was wearing a dress and they won't allow uniforms to get dirty ( even though most of us have washing machines or access to one). They might promise a good education, but they need to get organized as well as community oriented and think about what is best for the kids rather than what works for them as the runners of the school.
