This place is always packed every day at all times. Also, the times that I go, there's always 2 cash registers open out of the 15 that they have. The merchandise they have is good. But for crying out loud this place has more people than a concert.

I enjoy going to these types of stores- but was quite disappointed today. There was just a huge pile of trash that stayed there the entire time I was shopping while employees were standing by talking about some clothes they wanted to buy for themselves. There were racks in the way of other items. Hard to navigate through some aisles that were just trashed.The pile of trash customers had to walk around or go another direction because they had a cart was unacceptable.Had some good laughs though from things other customers (or employees maybe?) put in other items.

My family was waiting to try clothes on and no one would come. They waited and waited until they just decided to go in because no one was coming. After one of the workers saw, she came and harassed them. She yelled at them to get out and that they needed to wait because she needed to see how many clothes they had (they are children btw) she was so impatient and just kept banging on the door that they needed to come out now. After that whole thing she just left right back to the register where she was on her phone. People got things to do they can’t just stay waiting for employees who are on their phones instead of doing their job

I think every Ross has a good amount of Apparel and items to sell and this one does! I've always loved Ross bargains especially some clearance items that can go up to $0.49 like what a deal!Even if that means stores become messy (because of customers) and lines get very long! We're all human, neither should we blame the workers for handling this retail store in Aurora! If you expect a great fabulous store go somewhere near cherry creek! If you're in the ghetto expect the ghetto because of the people, not the workers

Well it's Ross yes.. I will say most try harder but this store is in a horrible location but the loss prevention in this particular location are a little horrible the way they just followed me every where from the hello at the door literally to the checks out was well unsettling and if I stopped they just stopped and stood there ...well they are also sales prevention associates as well ... This store in my opinion is a no-go not when there's so many more locations in the area

I walked in at 9:11pm and the loss prevention guard told me they were closed already so I asked him what time they closed and he said 9:30pm... As I turned around to walked out The guard the manager I think was laughing

I love Ross but I been standing in the longest line ever and 1 of only 2 cashiers decides it’s time for a break. Going on 20 minutes in line while this poor girl has to handle it all by herself. Come on Ross.

On May 9, 2023 about 30 minutes prior to closing, I entered the store and briefly gathered a few items to purchase. I proceeded to the counter for check out and was assisted by an employee by the name of Yolanda. She rang up the items which in total was around $120.00. I had a reusable bag for the items and when placed on the counter it triggered the store's phone to redial on speaker mode, (more than once this happened). I reached for the handle to move the bag and kindly asked if we could put some things in a second bag. At this time I had attempted to run a prepaid gift card to use the remaining balance before I paid cash. The employee started pulling the bag out of my hand and said i didn't pay, obviously the transaction was not complete. I looked at her and said "Ma'am I know this. Why are you automatically assuming I am not going to pay when I simply asked if we could get another bag to use?" Still playing tug of war with the bag, she raised her voice and repeated that i needed to pay for the items. I then reiterated how i was asking for another bag and knew the transaction needed to be completed but I was offended and quite perturbed at the fact that she assumed I would not be able to pay. I say it like this because her body language, tone of voice, attitude and behavior was clearly expressing this. I then told her to forget about it and that I was there to review her on the code of ethics which the overall performance was very poor. If she wanted to be a part of loss prevention then I suppose she ought to wait by the exit door for people who are depriving the store of their goods and not the paying customers at the register. I am extremely appalled and feel absolutely disrespected. Was it the way I was dressed? The color of my skin? My overall appearance? Surely it was not my demeanor considering the fact that the only interaction we had was at the register and I was only in the store for less than 20 minutes. Maybe she has dealt with scandalous people before but that does not give anyone the right to treat a customer the way that I was treated tonight. Such a disappointment.

Just don't do it. Two registers open while the manager stands around watching. Literally watched people leave carts full of stuff in the check out line at least 30 customers deep. My wait was close to 30 minutes and I was in the front 3rd of the line. If you're looking to waste some time this is a great stop. If not plan accordingly. If there's something here you really want be prepared to wait for it.

This store is one of the most worst Ross . It's always crowded yet management can't do scheduling and put a bunch of people in the front doing nothing and 2 cashier while the line is always 20 + . Ross corporate should firing upper management because clearly they have no idea how to schedule a store . If I can give negative star this Ross def deserves it !

This is the least stocked most picked over Ross that I have ever seen. There are like 10 different choices with 3 to 5 in each size. I'm a little bit embarrassed on their behalf. Line is still long. Prices still good.

Love this store! It was clean and very organized. The were a little slim on pickings, but what they did have were great items! I always find something great here.

I completely outfitted my bedroom. I had too many things to carry and they wouldn't fit in a buggy. I put my items near the door beside the cashiers and askedbone ofbthe employees to alert the loss prevention guy that I was not trying to ease them out the door. It was crazy busy in there. By phrasing my statement that way, the young man periodically glanced over to make sure my things didn't ease out the door with someone else! The cashier, though weary, was efficient and kind. Overall, I will endure the mile long line to get what I need from this location.
