I went to the annual liquidation sale they have been advertising and there is no such thing. Not a single item with a pink label. I told the cashier and she evasively responded that not everything was marked with a discount, the truth is that there is nothing. Misleading advertising. Very disappointed

I actually use that to pick up my Amazon package at their local lock box for Amazon packages. Everything went perfect, smooth no issues at all.

The worst services, not to mention only one cashier for the entire store, they are making money out of selling bags, they trowing so terrible and disrespectful things in the bags that I couldn't make it to my car to the close parking spot everything ripped apart on the road. If you ask for another will they give you? Nope! Customers fault. Good look if you still decide to go shop.

The cashier lady was rude to core. Went to return an item and after waiting for 10 min she asked the reason and I told i had a return and wanted to me to stand in the same line as purchases where the line was too long and each customer had 15+ items. Just ridiculous. Took 25+ mins to just return 1 item. Every store has a separate line area for customer service/return. No wonder this store has pathetic reviews.

I was at this store this evening. And bought a samonite suitcase for $100. When I was checking out, the associate who was helping me first took out the lock on the suite case, and then he opened the suitcase and peeped inside and told us in a pan face that he was making sure we didn’t put anything inside!! When my wife asked that the associate just took out the lock himself. How could we have put anything inside a locked suitcase? He said he has to do this. Now, I understand if this is standard procedure, then he can do this but why did he have to insult us by saying he is checking if ‘we’ put in anything. This is outrageous and frankly, I think racist. This sort of behavior is unacceptable. I am pretty irritated.

I went here last night and got the worst experience EVER! after waiting for 30 mins for someone to help in the jewelry area she can out eating chips and was on her phone. The cashier who seen us waiting didn’t even offer to help. Once we got to check out I told her I wanted to add a necklace. She ask if I can “afford the items she had already scanned first” so after we paid for the first transaction I asked if I can get the necklace. She FINALLY open up the counter so I can get it. Also when she was bagging out items she was throwing them into the bag. My husband went back and folded everything. It was a terrible experience. IF YOU CANT DO BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE WHY WORK HERE?

There is not much selection for men, and the employees are not very polite. There are definitely better locations in the Denver area.

There were two dressing rooms and when i asked if the other could be open i was politely told "no". The entire time im watching a family rotate in and out with multiple items despite a sign asking to only take 5 items in at a time.
As my frustration grew the security tries to explain that they were short staffed and that the door was stuck but as i was beyond my limit I did not care and left.
Meanwhile the same security is tasked at asking customers who just left the cash register to check their receipt ?
I do not fault the employees for the companies ignorance but no one wants this type of experience when shopping. However as long as the people at the top are making the money they could care less.

It’s a hole like most, I always walk in and after 5 minutes I realize why I don’t shop there. I have found deals but the hunt is never rewarding.

Not really sure what was going on at this ross tonight at four o’clock, there were four employees behind the counter and another two employees to right of the counter. I waited in line behind a single customer making a large purchase for over 15 minutes with no help. I then watched an additional employee come in and clock in and go to the other employees that were chit chatting behind the counter while loudly dropping f bombs and still did not get checked out. I then set my things down and left without a single employee caring even though they’d spent 15 minutes avoiding noticing me or working. It’d be cheaper to just pay the single employee that was actually working.

I witnessed an altercation at this location tonight at the cash register.
He did not pay for them items and a slight tug of war occurred over the bag with the cashier and the thief.
According to the people working there and someone I was with mentioned they saw a weapon on him ?
The workers also stated they have no security at this location.

They feel unsafe.
