I went to TN Nails to get a basic manicure and pedicure. I’ve been here once before and it was a pleasant experience. When I came this time though, I was assigned to a male employee who was careless, aggressive, and he left my legs raw and scratched. At the beginning he stabbed one of my toe nails by accident and it caused me incredible pain. Then he proceeded to use the sea salt scrub so aggressively that I ended up with scratches and rashes on my legs. I showed them my legs and ended up just leaving without them finishing because I was so upset by the painful experience. I have had 100+ pedicures and have never experienced anything like this. On top of all of this I’m 26 weeks pregnant and would have expected them to be more cautious and gentle with me in this state. Please make sure your employees are properly trained to prevent this from happening in the future.

Great little nail salon! My daughter and I started coming a few months ago and have been very pleased with our nails each time. No matter which nail technician you get they do a great job! My daughter has asked for some complicated designs and they’re able to replicate them each time.Services: Nail art

Attention to detail but they do their job without it taking too long! They last for 3-4 weeks when I can’t get in sooner and they aren’t thick-they look natural!I really like Kelly, Tyler and the entire staff?Services: Foot massages

I had my pedicure done by T and she was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She even helped me put my shoes back on as its hard for me to bend over. I’ll definitely be back.

I have my lady I have gone to for years, but sometimes I can’t drive out to see her. Someone recommended this place to me and I was super unsure. But they were AMAZING. They are hospitable and very good at what they do. Super clean and professional!!! They did my nails for Taylor Swift and were so patient with me! Thank you!!!
