Our 6 month old son requires an inhaler due to lung issues. We have had several issues getting this prescription filled in the past at this location. I went to refill it again and I received a text stating it would be ready for pickup today by 1:15. We just went to pick it up tonight around 6PM and they do not have it and it is on back order. When I called to talk to a supervisor, I spoke to a women named Betty and she was immediately defensive saying its not their fault its the manufactures fault and they have no control with it. I explained it is their fault as they said they would have it and never notified me of it being on back order. She then got snotty with her tone but agreed they should have called. Don't waste your time here if you actually want your prescription!!!

Here recently safeway has changed their policies in the gun club store. I have several prescription that I take everyday. In the past 3 months I can no longer get my medicine until 31 days on a 30 day supply. They don't count the day you pick up your medicine even tho I take my medication the same day I pick it up. So now I run completely out of medication before I can pick up my next prescription. One of those medicine I take in the middle of the night and they are making me go without until they fill my prescription on the 31st day. I find this ridiculous. I'm now gout to transfer all my medication to another pharmacy.

I have recently moved all my prescriptions to this pharmacy. I have several different medications and everyone has been beyond kind making sure the transition was smooth and making sure I am taken care of. It’s a much more intimate experience than like a king Soopers. This is more when you come in, they all know you and ask how you are…and mean it.

2 months ago I had to get a new Rx filled at Walgreens because Safeway didn't have it in stock (uncommon dose) using Walgreens (Smoky Hill) was the worst experience EVER. Earlier this evening I picked up regular medications I'd left with Safeway, the experience was SO nice, it was like coming home after a horrible business trip or such. Thankfully the new dose of the new Rx is more common and I can get it from Safeway as well. Just wanted to say thank you pharmacy staff your service sadly usually goes unrecognized (upside because it's pleasant interactions) but I had to share what a breath of fresh air it was to be reminded there really is still good service out there.

They've consistently messed up on prescriptions. This is now a safety/health issue for me so will no longer be going here. I have given them chance after chance and now they have lied to me multiple times. The most recent, I had a prescription sent in, they claimed they never got it, when my doctors office reached out they claimed they had it sitting for over a week and tried to contact me multiple times... Ok mistakes happen I guess? Well then I got my refills sent, just called and they claimed they never received it, that may be but when I call my doctors office will they claim they have it and have told me multiple times?Listen I've been gaslit in relationships before.... but a pharmacy gaslighting me????? That's a first haha

I wish I could give less than 1. Even zero would be too good for this pharmacy. The pharmacist, Priya, is not only unprofessional and uncaring, she doesn't know the laws regarding getting an emergency supply of a medication. She was content to risk my dog dying rather than sell me a completely legal emergency supply of life saving medication.. No one should have to go through what I did to get one extra day of medication needed to prevent a loved one from dying.

WORST PHARMACY EVER. I have been getting my meds through insurance for a year here now and all of the sudden insurance won’t cover it. Safeway DID NOT call me to tell me this and forced me to pick this up and pay for it out of pocket. This place just cares about your money, not helping you whatsoever. I paid 3x the amount I normally do because a tech couldn’t take 5 minutes to call me. HORRIBLE communication and staff here.

The young black girl cashier is rude and nasty when I had a problem I got attitude and she told me there was nothing she could do so I walked out without making my purchase, she acted like she didn't care. The staff is particularly unhelpful here, it is the worst Safeway I have ever been to. They all need an attitude adjustment. I will not shop here again! Now I know why this place is never busy!

I am going to be generous and give them 2 Stars. First of all, what few people are employed there are mostly nice, approachable people. A couple of them have serious attitudes. I understand we all have bad days, but there are a few that need a refresher course in customer service. ONE-TWO OPEN CHECKOUTS at all hours of the day is tiresome. Shelves are never fully stocked. They simply cannot keep up with the demand of this ever-growing area. ALWAYS out of something!!! I have yet to complete an entire grocery list since they took over Albertsons. I miss Albertsons. Deli: ALWAYS understaffed. And I've witnessed them not washing hands, not changing gloves after handling unsanitary items, etc. Gross. This store has potential but after many years of sub-par performance, I have a hard time believing it will ever improve. It's close to home so it's convenient. Outside of that, it's a 2-star store. Need a certain coffee creamer? Head of lettuce? Rotisserie chicken after 5:30pm? Good luck. I really hope they can find a way to keep their shelves stocked and maybe get an extra lane or two open on a regular basis. That will help resolve a lot of people's frustrations. I just don't see it happening.
