I usually love this pharmacy in Heather have had a problem. Eric has always been wonderful and so is the rest of the team. I have been getting my prescriptions for over 15 years and it caught me offguard when asked for an ID as I had not been asked for that before. Joanne, the pharmacy technician was so incredibly rude and made me feel so little in front of all of the other patrons in line. When I questioned why she asked me and they hadn’t asked me before she then involved the pharmacy Manager in front of everybody, which was so uncalled for. I wasn’t upset about having to show my identification. I was upset about how rude she acted and how uncalled for it was to call me out in front of all of the other customers somebody should Seriously, talk with this lady about customer service on a delicate situation such as medications.

The men at this location are the worst and don’t seem to know what they are doing. Never had trouble at ANY Safeway except this location. They can never find my prescriptions my doctors send in electronically. And the women there always seem to find it. Someone from the pharmacy sent my pcm the wrong dosage for my Cymbalta and yes my dr may have overlooked it, and now they refuse to require or fill my correct dosage and Ive been on this meds for 12 years. They keep sending me a million notifications a day to pick up my prescriptions when I put it order to be sent by mail. I turned off my notifications in the app and they were “magically” turned back on. Guy on phone is always a smart a**. They can never find my stuff. My doctors have to send in fills multiple times. I’m moving to Walgreens because they are terrible here and lack empathy, compassion, and professionalism, which is why I am fed up.

Had outpatient surgery 9/30 - doc called in a script for pain meds at 1pm. Order is estimated to be filled and ready by Noon on 10/1. In the past this process took up to 30 minutes. Now it takes 23 hours. I'll not be using this pharmacy again.

My daughter had a scrip for amoxicillin for an ear infection -- she was supposed to take 10ml twice a day for 5 days. Today is the morning of day 5-- there is only 8ml left- I'm short 12 ml, so that's awesome ?

White coat bearded white dude was trying to instruct the other pharmacy tech to help the customer behind me because he thought I was taking too long exploring the Good Rx app to find a cheaper alternative than the $110 more than I normally pay for my prescription. His reasoning was the long line and that they were about to close. 1 single person behind me in line and not closing for 30 minutes. Do a better job white coat beardy!

Called the pharmacy # 5 times today and each time whoever answered picked up and hung up at the next second. O.k. I used the phone number for customer service and reached a rep who gave me a phone number to call - as it turns out, it was a FAX number in AZ - so that "squeal" wasn't what I wanted either. Called the store again, to reach the manager and ended up leaving a message instead of speaking to a person at the pharmacy. Completely frustrating and unacceptable. Comments shared to the Safeway website.

I came in shortly before closing time Tuesday night. The pharmacy staff was very busy and understandably stressed. They took my information and were able to fill my order before they closed for the night. Being fairly sick their kindness and ability to help me were truly very meaningful.Thank you pharmacy staff

Very helpful, friendly and thoughtful staff. The pharmacist stayed late to fill two prescription for my daughters who were in a bad way.

I've had nothing but great experiences and quick turnarounds on getting mine and my daughter's prescriptions filled. Especially considering Walgreens across the street randomly decides to close and have NO one available to contact to refill/transfer prescriptions and can't manage to fill Rxs no matter how many times you call or refill online. Would absolutely recommend these guys.

I came to get my COVID vaccine. I showed up at 10:25 for my 10:30 appointment. They refused to let me check in and told me to go walk around until 10:30. I come to check in at 10:30 and there is a line of two other people to get a vaccine so now I am waiting in line for an appointment I showed up 5 minutes early for but was refused. I had to be here 20 minutes before I got my vaccine. It's just ridiculous to waste so much of my time.

First of all safeway Pharmacy messed up my medication. 2 days prior to my refill due I called and got a confirmation that I can pick up my prescription after 5PM went there 2 days later they said that my medication is not in stock. So I called today at this location to see if they have just enough/partial since I'm completely out, a female worker answer the phone very rudely saying you are not on the system, (which I was btw) after she asked me my DOB, RX Numbers and last name she continue rudely we don't have the medication ok? and hang up/slamed the phone right away. They usually very helpful and kind to us that's way Our whole family use Safeway all the time.So today my family and I transferred everything to another Pharmacy 6 more of our clients will transfer theirs as well.
