I pick up my Diazepam here because I was diagnosed with PTSD and generalized anxiety and I always feel judged so hard by the pharmacist every time I call for a refill. If I get weird vibes again, I’ll def switch pharmacies. To all my techs out there, please stop judging people.

Sometimes I'm not able to walk into The store so it is amazing they have a drive through and they don't take a long time And it's much more convenient for me.

Not worth the trouble. The service is negligent and staff seems to struggle filling and keeping track of scripts let alone doing it on time.

Manager is no help, did not care one bit. Had a 5 off 5 but apparently glitched at checkout and didn't work. Screenshot the offer on my tablet and had my mom go back to show for proof but couldn't figure out device. Manager would not help out, how is this customer service? A decent human being would help someone out who is struggling not say I can't help you instead. I was busy at home but now I won't be shopping at safeway. I don't want to support a business who thinks your a lyier, starting the year off badly so far.

This store has more selections than a closer location. A large parking lot. I found everything I needed and saw some good Asian snacks. They have salmon skin seasoned in different ways. And Mochi brand snack bites. Went by the meat department and they had many different meats. The cashier was efficient. The store was pretty clean except for a spill in an aisle. It's a convenient location so I will stop in again.

I switched from Safeway in Golden, to this Aurora location. I can't make sense of dates, on their web-site. They are WRONG. I can't set up anything for auto refill. My doctor send it a new prescription last Thursday. Here it is on Saturday, and it "should be refilled this afternoon." I've not been treated poorly here, but their record keeping is off. I almost wish I had left prescriptions with Safeway in Golden, but I can't be driving over 30 miles just to have prescriptions managed properly. I left Walgreens to Safeway pharmacy over a year ago because of dreadful customer service, and because my mother had a very positive experience with Safeway. What in the world is going on in the pharmacy industry?

If I could give a zero star review I would. My husband is on pain management. And has prescriptions for his pain. This pharmacy refused to give us the medication because we are self-pay and we don't have insurance. Show the pharmacist think they can practice medicine without medicine is beyond me. That is against the law and a complaint has been made to the Ada. So if you are self-pay and you are needing pain meds. Avoid this pharmacy like the plague they are nothing but rude and do not care if you go into withdraws because of the meds you are on. My husband's primary care doctor decided he needs this medication to function. It is not for the pharmacist to decide whether or not we can have it.

I like this store will travel over 15 miles to shop here the employees are sweet and they go out of their way to help you Ray the cashier he is what we call old timer 43 yrs with the company and he has a nice personality which makes shopping here awesome!!!!!
