The lack of armed guards watching your every move was a relief, and the customer service has improved greatly.

I am a store employee I rented a rug Doctor from my store and was told by employee it had been cleaned.
I was naive bottom line check your machines open them lift them whatever you have to do my machine was not clean and had not been cleaned for quite a while. I cleaned the machine thoroughly and politely returned it cleaned..
Please be considerate of others.

never have anything in stock and claim they can’t get into a cabinet that’s locked. rude employees who don’t want to do their job. worst safeway location i’ve ever been to. don’t go here, the whole building should be condemned.

The Safeway store at 1677 South Havana Street in Aurora has great very hardworking employees like Jeramonte and Store Manager Elise who were a big help to me the other day. I’ve gone to this Safeway often in the last few years and been amazed at how patient, kind and cheerful employees at this Safeway store are even when the store is crowded.
