Love this location! Ally is a ROCKSTAR!!! I came in asking for recommendations on a color removal process and she got me stocked up with everything I needed!! She is very informing, sweet, and so awesome at her job!!!!
She even went as far as writing down all the measurements for everything. Thank you Ally for being so amazing!!!!

I had the worst experience in my life. A lady with blue short hair was very rude to me when I had asked for some help. I don’t know how she got a job with that kind of attitude but she needs to get fired. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

A young lady I believe by the name of Brittany helped me out today. (Half pink/half black hair) She was so knowledgeable about everything we were discussing and I got everything I needed to do my hair. I appreciate her amazing customer service and her amazing help, hair is important not to mess up, and she did an amazing job making sure that wouldn’t happen.

They always have good products but we hadn't been in awhile. I paid for my items with Venmo. The clerk said that the transaction didn't clear but I got a notice from Venmo saying it was taken out. The clerk acted like I was lying she did not handle or help the situation just made it awkward and uncomfortable. She canceled the transaction and it went back on the card immediately. I paid using another card and left. I felt humiliated and treated like a liar when I proved it was charged and then put back. You need to state that certain payments don't work. After the drama she says oh it's happened to customers in the past. Un then why would you act brand new to the situation and make it look like customers are lying. I am very disappointed in how I was treated after spending almost 80$ at this establishment. Next time I will drive further and hopefully be treated like you want business and repeat customers!

Pink haired girl with a heart on her face got a whole lot of hate for men. As she likes to put it she's a "girls girl". Like how about you keep your anti Male-feminist politics to yourself and just ring up my item. Apparently a guy isn't allowed to offer his opinion on what he thinks would look good on his girlfriend. Highly recommend not going here and If you do go, avoid the pink haired Karen.

Sally’s Beauty Supply provides.The employees are super helpful. Inside is organized and . Personally, I find joy ? in doing my own hair, nails, waxing etc.It is #metymereinvented.Plus it saves me dolla$ holla!XO ✌️?

On the date of January 12, 2023 I was treated abruptly and rudely by employees working at this specific Sally Beauty supply, I was overcharged and told my email address was not updated when it should have been and already was, ( store by Sushi Tortoro ) in the King Soopers shopping center ( Aurora, Colorado )

Megan was awesome and very helpful! I was helping my wife get product for her salon and Megan grab a cart and helped me the whole way, mainly because I had a list and no idea what I was getting. She got me everything on the list and suggested another product that wasn't available. She took the cart to the front pulled everything out and rang it all in. Other than pulling out my card She did all the work. Thank you Megan!!!

Came in 4/20 Nobody was up front or on the floor, they were just hanging out in the back room. No hello, no acknowledgement until I started to walk towards them. The lady that helped me seemed bothered and inconvenienced by having to help me. She didn’t seem to really care, and I felt like it was a lot of me asking questions and her coming up with one or two word responses. When I asked about a product being in stock, there was no alternative suggested. I’ll probably drive a bit farther away next time.
