I went to get gas at this Sam Club and i had issue bringing up my membership Nd i appraoched the booth the young man name JoJo came out walk me thru he was so patience and so professional if i could give him 10 stars he deserves it ,first time getting gas there and i enjoying shopping at Sams but takes me to the one with more motorize carts .He made my day he went above and beyond to help me and i appreciate his professionalism again Thanks you Jojo

This Sam’s is always crowded. Always!!!!!!!!No carts are ever available and the store is unorganized. On top of that the workers are rude and unhelpful. When my membership ends I’m moving to Costco.

The store itself is ok, although they are frequently out of stock on the few items I tend to purchase here. The black eye of this particular location is the food court. The line is usually long and moves super slow because they don't have enough people scheduled. When you finally get to the front of the line, they tell you everything they are out of. Seriously? Post this information in a prominent location so your customers don't waste time standing in line for nothing.

I have to say I'm so disappointed In Sam's clubs Return policy for jewelry . My boyfriend bought me a necklace For my birthday from there and I wore it a couple days and noticed I was getting a red spot where the necklace pendant laid. So I took it off I called my doctor when in for an appointment she said I was having an allergic reaction so she prescribed a few different things which was cortisone cream which I tried it didn't work I also tried Allergy pills nothing was working...It was a raised red bump on my chest. she decided to prescribe me a Steroid cream. Which I tried for A few weeks finally got the spot under control . Iwanted to make sure that it was the necklace and I wasn't just having a reaction so I decided to put the necklace back on and the spot appeared again ? So I told my boyfriend I don't think I could wear this necklace anymore we took it back to Sam's club and they told us there was no return policy after 30 days ? I just think after Everything I went through we should have got our money back and how much he paid.. they should sell quality jewelry So therefore we are stuck here with a necklace that we paid over $300 for . Therefore I would definitely go somewhere else to get your jewelry that guarantees their product

Customer Service is non-existent whether at the gas pumps (they just sit in the shed in their phones), "Service" Desk - every one of them has a different answer for your question and then you're left standing there while they argue over it; Food Service - once they notice you and come over, there is no "please" or "thank you" or "do you want your receipt?"... they demand your payment then shove your order at you and walk away. These are less than minimum wage workers.... The store manager should be fired.

Poor customer service and client communication. I have been told erroneous information regarding my prescriptions on multiple occasions. Additionally, I have gone to pick up my prescription 2 days in a row after calling to confirm it would be ready for pick up, for them to tell me something completely different than what I was told over the phone. After showing up for the 2nd day in a row, they then tell me they are out of stock. No phone call to relay this information. No effort on their end to try and accommodate alternative options for my prescription.

A month back I placed an order to be delivered the next morning. It did not arrive and I had to spend several hours trying to get the items I had paid for. Ultimately my son had to take time to go in to get a refund of the delivery charge and while he was there pick up my order that they could not seem to get to me. Now a few days ago I placed another order. Somehow my order ended up with two separate charges for the same item. Ok fine instead of 2 cases of Welch's juice I will get 4. Well my order was delivered seperately over the last few days not all at the same time. The last of the order arrived today which only included 2 cases of the juice not 4. I looked and yes I was charged for 4. Of course by the time the app showed the rest of the order was delivered, which it was not, the store is closed. You cannot trust Sam's club to deliver anything you paid for. Not without frustration and feeling ripped off.

Sams club is the devil!!! You go in for one or two items then you see 20 items that you need to "have "!!! I'm admittedly an impulse shopper but the items I buy are reasonably priced sometimes if you see something you have to buy it on the spot or they may not replenish it.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE GAS PUMPS THERE. Only 2 gas pumps fully work and the other ones pump a gallon of gas every 4 minutes. It will take you 45 minutes anytime you wish to pump gas here. Absolutely terrible. 5/20/2022

I had a problem with an order to be delivered this morning between 7 and 8 am. the company they use for these deliveries picked up my order at 7:15 but returned my things back to the store with no explanation. I contacted customer service for help on line and was told I had to contact the store. when I called the person who answered was un able to help me especially when I was unable to tell him who the delivery company was....um I ordered through Sam's Club app on my phone I have no information regarding who is the delivery company. after going around and around he finally got me on touch with Austin. Austin was sorry I did not have my order and was trying to get another driver out with my groceries, but, apparently no one from the delivery company would respond. After waiting over sn hour I called again and the girl who answered started to give me the sane run around about who was the delivery company...I stopped her and told her to transfer me to Austin. when he heard I still had not gotten my order he contacted his supervisor to figure out what to do. meanwhile my son arrived to get my credit for the delivery charges and I told him just have my son bring it home. Apparently Austin had a very rough morning but still tried to go above and beyond to appease a very upset customer. just wanted you all to know

It took 40 mins to get to pumping gas on a TUESDAY. Come to find out, some of their pumps are broken- it would have been helpful if the attendant coordinated the lines so they wouldn't have 15 cars waiting in the broken down line. Incredibly inconvenient and annoying
