Bought a LG fridge on line at Sam's. Ice maker does not work. Contacted Sam's, they said they had nothing to do with it that i had to contact the vendor (LG). I tried to explain the charge was charged by Sam's and they had everything to do with it...to no avail. Contacted LG they took 2 hours of my time "troubleshooting" the icemake over the phone. Finally agreed it was defective and said they would send a new one out THAT I HAD TO INSTALL!!They emailed me the instrutions, BUT NEVER SENT OUT A ICE MAKER. I contacted them several time but got NO HELP. Finally recontacted Sam's and requested a manger and was then referred to some company called HALODISTHD. Called them was told they would be sending out a emial to set up a time for the junk to be picked up... NO EMAIL for over a week.longer story short finally after 1month and 5 days I supposedly have a pickup time between 10 and 2. How kind.Do not use Sam's club if you expect what you buy to work, of if you want ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!You would think that with the amount of one star rattings they would get their managers to fix the porblems. Just goes to show they are making way too much money because they don't have to fix problems to make their money. Costco, here I come!!!

What's going on with the meat dept. Bought a rotisserie chicken and it was mostly raw and didn't smell right. Ended up tossing. Bought sirloin steaks for knobs.i was so embarrassed as they were pretty much unedable. I has also bought some sirloin at Kings and having guests and needed more. The kings Soopers meat was great. They were marinated and cooked the same. Sams totally ruined our party. Won't ne buying their meat again. Switching to Cosco

This club is pretty great! Employees are wonderful (except one of the front door greeters she was very crabby). I will keep coming to this specific Sam's just to get the chance to be helped by Karen again. If a ray of sunshine and your grandma had a baby, that would be her. She absolutely made our day. Sam's, whatever you do, don't let Karen go!!

Rudest customer service experience ever. My 15 year old and I were checking out and we were wearing our work and school attire and the front end worker at the self checkout treated us horribly . We were given very rude side eyes and dirty looks and i don't believe you should be working with customers if you're gonna be biased. myself Working with many people everyday and I would never treat anyone like this and i am saddened to write this review. she treated me and my son like garbage. I feel like the worker should not have treated us like that, we treated her with respect and kindness. I do not believe she should be working in the front with customers if she has that attitude. Especially being a front end lead.

Their prices are really good and selection is great. The employees are friendly and helpful but don't appear to be very happy to work there. I don't get it. There weren't many food sample stations, sadly. After shopping we were hungry for a couple hot dogs. Got them and a slice of pizza and drinks for around $5 so that's good. Dogs were terrific tasting but the condiments station was packets of mustard, ketchup and sauerkraut so lots of packaging waste there and my hotdog bun was ice cold! They didn't warm up our buns so they crumbled easily. :( There weren't enough tables to sit down at so that really sucked!! Overall it was a decent experience I'll definitely be back.

Zero stars. Worst Sam's ever. Every time I come in to grab something they have aisles blocked. I'm a long time shopper and I've never had as many problems shopping as I do at this store. Seems like a poor planning problem and should be something that the management is addressing... nope! They're losing sales because of it! Several customers were there this time with the same problem.

Ordered 8 pizzas a week before my son's birthday party that cost 81$. We pre-paid for them and they said they would be ready for pickup at 5:45 this Sunday night. During the party my husband left to go get the pizzas and the cafe has no documentation of our order and explained that they also had no pizzas to make us. My husband decided to buy a fruit and cheese tray from the back to at least offer something to the 30 people we were supposed to feed. The fruit was dirty and had to all be washed along with many of the grapes being almost too squishy to eat and many were rotten. The cafe did not refund the money and now we have to go back on another day to get reimbursed for all the food that we never got. We are brand new members to Sams club this week and will not be returning ever again. We are going back to Costco

Came for my annual check up. Dr. Tomoeda was great. He asked me questions to understand my vision issues and circumstances. I didn't feel pressured at all during the exam when I had to read the vision chart because he reassured me that there are no wrong answers. My type A personality never wants to answer incorrectly. He suggested some items to ease the strain to my eyes. Then the associates at the optical counter took over. Ann suggested some styles for me. It's difficult for me to select glass frames so after trying on 11 different frames I gave up. I told her I'd have to come back and bring someone with me who could help me make a selection. It's difficult for me to see without my glasses and this makes trying on frames challenging. Taking photos with my phone only goes so far. They were all so friendly and kind I appreciated it. I will be back.

I love this butcher shop. And best of all it's a local business. They are celebrating their 39th year and that wonderful. They are very personable and when a regular they know what you want as soon as you walk in.
