I called about getting embroidery for my existing scrubs. They told me to come on in and it would be $9. I arrived and they refused service because I didn’t buy them from their store.

I was dreading scrub pants shopping, for fear it would take hours. I was greeted when I came in, and I told Kaitlyn what I was looking for. The FIRST THING she offered me was perfect--fit and style! What expertise!! I'm so (!) glad I did my scrubs shopping here. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

I was hesitant to buy scrubs because of past experiences. These ladies welcomed me and helped me find what I was looking for. They are both friendly, professional, kind and very patient with me. I will definitely come back to this store. There are so many options to choose from.

If I could give this place zero Stars I would. The customer service here is absolutely atrocious. I tried to return my scrubs and I did have the receipts yet they refused to accept my return. The manager then started to smell my uniforms by pressing my scrubs up to her face and inhaling, claim that I washed them and wore them because she could smell the detergent which is a lie. Even with my receipts and with the tags that I had taken off, she refused to give me a full refund. Like I said the customer service is absolutely atrocious and disgusting and I would never shop here ever again.
I recommend Wow Scrubs by Fitzsimons where they have a huge selection for both men and women and better prices as well as better customer service and rewards program. They are locally owned too

I love this store. The scrubs are quality a bit pricey, but worth it. The employees are friendly. Their customer service skills are hands down the best.
