I've been at this location since before it turned into a Public Storage. My first complaint is the fact it is no longer 24 access since self security storage was bought out. My second complaint is: I went from paying 130 to paying what is now 240 for the same exact unit. I find it absolutely ridiculous. I've been here for years and my bill has only gone up. I plan on moving my stuff elsewhere.

Francisco was the man! He juggled multiple customers effortlessly and efficiently. He got my unit situated quick and even worked with my picky unit preferences. He went above and beyond for all three of us separate customers today. Great experience.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I want to warn everyone to be aware of this storage business! Was getting out of storage because I found a different storage space and Went over one day and they charged for the entire month which ok it is what it is so I paid for another month and than they said I couldn’t use it for the month I just paid for! What a rip off!

I’m so thankful it was easy online first months price was what was quoted no extra prices and they called to confirm everything was very kind and told me how to access after 6pm im glad I chose this one id definitely recommend

Don't get a storage here. Scammed us out of $80.00 only to tell us the unit had been rented to someone else when we got there to put our stuff in. No refund, tried to upsell us on a larger unit instead without the promotion we had signed up for. Terrible customer service and a big scam

When getting a unit online. I accidentally mistyped my email in. So couldn’t get my door code or storage unit number. I stopped by and Ms. Xochitl got me all situated with unit number an my own personal code for entry. I appreciated her positive attitude and professionalism. This is my second time storing some items here. Always great service. Thank you!
