I came in for my first time, as I don’t typically shop for makeup. Jenny offered assistance and was extremely helpful. I prefer cleaner brands and she spent the time finding the right products and what would actually work for my complexion. She was very kind, friendly, helpful, and didn’t make me feel silly.I ended up having to return a couple things and her coworker Jen helped me the second time find something else.They were both helpful and friendly, so overall it was a good experience for me.

Service sucks not one person helped me seen like 3 girls just walking around with baskets not helping or asking if anyone needs anything! Don’t recommend coming here horrible

I hated the service my to daughters were wanting to try the drunk elephant cream and serum before buying and when they opened the tester you can see some already tired it and they did there little smoothie and so when my two daughters wanted to try they said no because there not the age but they were 13 and they asked if there parents were here and they snatched the cream out of my daughters hand and I got mad also my niece was looking at some skin care and she’s about 3 years old and so right before we got at the store I said not to touch anything because shes a bit clumsy and when my daughter was looking at the product the worker assumed that she was wasting the product and also she thought that she was going to break it over all they were being really rude and I would never go again.

Not a good stock of the items I wanted which was disappointing. The associate was ok but no offer of information on how to order if I wanted the items they didn't have or when they restock.

I went to exchange a product that I purchased from this store a few days earlier. I had my receipt and only needed to make an even exchange to get the correct color. Even with the receipt scanned into the register and the product showing as being previously purchased, the cashier would not let me make an exchange. She completed a full return. And then I had to buy the replacement product on a new separate transaction. So basically wait for a refund in 3-5 business days and now spend the money again. I asked her why I couldn't just do an even exchange. Her reply to me was that "It's just safer this way". Safer for who?! I had a fully valid receipt! I'm sure an exchange would have been perfectly "safe" if my complexion was lighter!

Only really come into this location to shop the Sephora and having a good experience always depends on who’s working and if they feel like helping customers (or maybe just POC customers) very hit or miss. Today was a BIG miss and I left the store in tears nearly. I had come in just to look and found a few items that I was interested in but needed a little help. I think there was only one employee in the store at the time so I waited at the front register for her to finish helping her customer. As I’m waiting, another customer walks up and is also waiting I guess to check out. The employee comes up to the register looks at me as I’m about to ask for help and then turns to the other customer and goes to help her—completely disregarding my presence and the fact that I was in front of the other customer. I was in such shock I just put everything down and walked out trying to keep myself from crying.

Loved the service, place was neat and enjoyed trying out the freebies. I had a lovely gentleman help me pick foundation and I am so in love with the glow my skin has! Thank youuuu my BFF also looked at the cologne section and the service was excellent.

I had a really great experience here this week. Even was kind, helpful, patient and knowledgeable, and Monica was friendly and also helpful. Even walked me through Sephora and helped me restock my makeup, trying many products to find the best fits for me skin tone and lifestyle. I highly recommend this Sephora location!

I like to think of myself as pretty knowledgeable when it comes to makeup, however makeup stores terrify me...soo soo soo many choices...it's like walking into Disneyland, disneyworld, sea world, and the zoo at one location and trying to decide which place to go first...BUT, Tylea made it so easy, and fun, and was so knowledgeable on EVERYTHING!...Will definitely be going back to that store FOR SURE!!!
