Shell in Aurora is a well-maintained and clean station with friendly staff who provide excellent customer service. The morning clerks, Mohammad and Mustafa, are highly appreciated for their respectful and attentive service, often remembering regular customers' needs. The store offers a good selection of gas and lottery tickets, and customers enjoy the fresh smokeless tobacco, with staff willing to order preferred brands. However, the carwash has received mixed reviews; while some appreciate the service, others find it ineffective and overpriced, with one customer noting that the wash does not thoroughly clean the vehicle despite costing $20. Overall, the station is known for its friendly atmosphere and well-stocked store, but the carwash may not meet everyone's expectations.
Do not pay for a car wash here. It is a waste of your time and money. My car would have been cleaner if I just drove through the sprinklers that are running next to the road. And it would have saved me $17.
