The staff member was very helpful, and showed me a better choice for paint that was mildew resistance. This was great as I was painting a bathroom. He also found a coupon to use that saved me 20 dollars.

Can’t pay in cash because they don’t even have $30 in their drawer. Poor customer service. Unacceptable for large company store.

Stopped by to pick up some paint today and I'm very disappointed. I received really bad customer service from Madalyn. She treated me like I was an inconvenience and not a customer. I felt like she was going out of her way to be rude when all I was trying to do was buy some paint. The old staff that used to work here were always very nice and friendly, so that's one of the reasons why I always came back, but after this experience that's the last time I'll ever come back to this store. I'll be telling all my friends and family in the area to avoid the store so they don't have to deal with Madalyn's rudeness.

Love the store and everyone is nice,But the big white blonde lady is rude, you can just walk in and she gives additude right away super annoying hate when she's there

Not sure how the store stays in business. I would much rather do business with Home Depot and use Behr products. Every time I have been in the store, there is no customer service they have refused to shake my paint cans saying that my paint is old and I need to buy a fresh can. They do not sell or offer sample or touchup small paint cans you are stuck spending $50 for an entire gallon if you want to do a small touchup.

As someone who knows nothing about paint, I went in the store feeling very intimidated. However, the store manager Kym, made me feel so welcomed and took her time to patiently walk me through the whole process. I’m so happy to see female employees, especially in management, in a place where I thought it would be male dominated. The store was very organized and I really enjoyed my experience. Definitely will be coming back. A big thank you to Kym who made my first Sherwin Williams experience a great one!

Fortunately the ladies were able to locate my order from 5 years ago. This location is very clean and organized. Totally delighted when the manager assisted me getting the paint to my car. Thank you ladies for Excellent customer service.

This location is pretty spot on clean ! Including restroom. Employees are on top of it ! ( store was organized and shelves stocked up) I would like to say thank you to Rafa ! He was amazing very informative and he did a awesome color match for me today ?
