Nice, clean store with helpful staff. I think they need more staff though. They were all pretty busy. They have paint and the supplies you need to do your project.

Yes, they greeted me upon entering. Yes, my order was accurate &reasonably quick. However..greeting was robotic bordering on unwelcoming. I actually assumed something was off with him at first, until another person came in & was greeted in an identical manner by the female employee. Both rude. The thing is, I can go to the Lowes across the street & get the exact same product accompanied by excellent customer service. I am officially done with SW stores. They are all the same. This particular one just sucks the most.

Our association approved color schemes are found via Shermin Williams. Online matching is easy to maneuver but also in person works just as well. The prices for the peel and stick samples are a little much ($3.95 a piece) but color chips are free (albeit smaller). The best thing about Sherwin Williams is the paint recycle program. Up to 5gal per household, per week, free of charge. They accepted a couple of paint cans i found at my fathers that were at least 15yrs old. Very grateful to have this program available!

After multiple bad experiences at another Sherwin Williams location I decided to try the Southlands store. Jessica was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I received the paint I needed even though they were out of stock. A day later the paint was ready with no issues. As a busy contractor it was a breath of fresh air to finally get some amazing customer service! Thanks Jessica!!

You shouldn't have to "guide" a business toward a solution. The business should help you find the solution.Not impressed with this paint store in any way. I miss Ponderosa Paint.

The employees are rude and unprofessional over the phone. I really don't understand why they are so condescending.

The employees have a lot more knowledge and are better able to answer questions about paint projects than say Home Depot. There is a limited amount of color choices in comparison, though, but the paint is a great quality and I am excited to finish our project!
