My friend and I previously went to other stores in the mall and had purchased a sweater from Aeropostale we decided to browse around shoe palace just to look around. Upon entering the store the customer service was great! 3 different girls checked to make sure we where finding everything good and that if we needed help we could ask for it. Wich is why I at least give a one star for the kindness and help they provided. However my friend and I where done looking around so we decided to go to the mini-so across shoe palace when we got into mini-so unbeknownst to us an employee from shoe palace followed us into the store came up behind us and said “sorry I don’t have my glasses and can’t see but I wanted to make sure the sweater(from Aeropostale) isn't from our store” we said it’s not and that we purchased it at a Aeropostale and showed her the sweater. Then she said oh sorry and left. It was extremely offensive and disrespectful that someone thought that we would steal. I understand that she was doing her job but that is very unsafe for her as an employee to follow someone and accuse them of stealing but also for the customer. Not sure if it’s a management problem and it’s a rule to follow and accuse
Someone but seriously get a grip. Don’t go here unless you have a bag and receipt for previously purchased items from the mall or they’ll think you’re stealing.

This store is horrible. The female with the short curly hair that helps you get shoes is rude and disrespectful. The girl with the braids at the register is rude. Wouldn’t go get me another shoe because the one I was looking at was all scratched up in the front. And then I wanted to order another pair because they were out of my size at this location, she told me they don’t do orders to go online and order. It really needs to learn customer service before they put on the floor to work with the customer.

We bought a $100 “playground” backpack along with 2 pairs of shoes.. spent more than $500.. son takes the backpack to school and the very first day of school one of the straps snaps… we come back to the store to get an exchange or refund, the store manager (flatirons location) named Luis. Treat us like we are stealing. He decides NOT to give us a refund or exchange just because The backpack is “” not in the condition they sold it”” obviously.
We won’t comeback ever again to this store!! And Absolutely don’t recommend buying from them!!! It’s their loss cause we Did lost hard earned $100 but the store will loose more clients! Husband and 2 kids won’t buy from here ever again plus my 2 brothers and a couple of my kids friends already agree with us.. we will make sure to spread the word!!!

Today I came to get some shoes that costed $180 size 6.5, but then I saw other shoes that were cheaper and asked for the same size and he said they didn’t have them, after that I left and had my mom go back in and ask for the cheaper pair, same size and apparently they did have them that time, this is unexceptionable I can’t believe they would try and sell me the more expensive pair when I told them I wanted the cheaper ones that they did have, but they told me they did not have them. Not buying from here again if that happens, worst place to go shopping for shoes, please don’t go shop here!!!

I literally applied like 2-3 weeks ago . They make u turn in ur social security and ur ID for them to not even call you and let you know when you start. I’m not the only person that this has happened to, the same thing happened to my friend . When I called they just said they were going to get the manager and they hung up. I never got a call back nor an email. Very unprofessional.

Stopped in just to look saw a pair of all black air max. Price was 74.99 looked at 3 other pairs, 2 being same with the newer bigger air pocket. The associates where helpful in finding a pair that fit my fat feet. I go to ring up and they pop up at 119.99. I explain that all the shoes I looked at were priced at 74.99. The associates check and inform me they're priced wrong. Well that's fine but you have 2 priced wrong. Rather then adjust the price for inappropriate pricing the kid says I can do 10%. With that's only 12$. He was unwilling to rectify the mistake so I walked. Not bad kids by any means but this is why folks are moving away from retai and ordering everything..

Bad customer service! My son was waiting for a pair of shoes, the shoes were given to someone else, these shoes were the last pair, no apologies, no trying to make things right…nothing!

Very disappointed 2dy.. they had a display pair of all white air max which just happen 2 be the last pair in store so I got that it might be a little dusty so I can work with you a little.. so I asked for some fresh white shoe strings 4 the discount they were all out so how about a discount period then he asked they came back with 20% which ok koo.. the display price of shoe says 69.99 we take it 2 the front with the same person helping us he pulls out the piece that shows price & trys 2 charge us 99.00 instead of what it originally says so he had 2 go back 2 the manager again to get it approved like what you mean it says what it says so it is what it is I'm thinking 2 myself tryna stay koo. Thank goodness the manager agreed so in that process we are examining the shoe & it has creases in them & a orange stain on the side & the wanted 2 sell it to us anyway.. just unprofessional and our worry is that they're gonna put it back on the shelf & sell it 2 someone else.. not koo & we usually don't have a problem but 2dy was something else... also I was sober so my patience was super thin..
