Came in today and seen some okay shoes. The best ones were the display shoes and I didn’t really care for the rest. The associate never even acknowledged that I was in the store. I probably wouldn’t come back to this store honestly.

Ignoring your clients is always bad. I was about to get 2 pairs. I had one on my hands. And one tennis shoe on my other. I eas just trying to get the other shoe but the lady counting the money at 5pm just ignored me when I was in front of ber and said hello. I waited cause I saw she was counting $ so didn't want to distract however she answered a phone call and said Im counting i even thought she was taking to me. Then realized she wasnt, she didn't event look at me. I left the shoes and left the store. Im not gonna buy something at a store where im being ignored. It is my money still that im putting into the sale.

Looked and looked for a pair of shoes to make my feet feel better at work, finally found a pair I liked and a price I liked, it didn't ring up the price that was on the box and they would not let me have them for the price on the box, unacceptable, the price on the box is what we should be paying

Not the first time I have been in to the store, but today quite possibly had to have been the worst experience. I was looking for a new pair of shoes, and had finally decided on a pair, being confused that literally none of the boxes had any shoes inside them, I took the display to only associate that was working and asked him if he had them in my size, what his response was completely dumbfounded me. He said all of of the shoes we have are on the floor, ok.... that makes sense, but why are they all completely empty with no shoes in the boxes? The associate says oh well you can thank the customers for that. Disappointed i start to walk away, where he speaks up again saying I would love to help you and find them if I wasn't busy doing other things. Later walking by the store he was still in the same spot just throwing things?

The guy at the counter was super rude! Walked away from us after he checked out a customer and ignored me after I tried calling him over. Terrible customer service ! He was wearing a blue shirt and glasses

This is one of the few stores where I can find a nice selection of men’s athletic shoes in 4E or x-wide widths that will work with my ankle brace. Really appreciate that they don’t stock only medium widths like most mall shoe stores.

At the Aurora Mall store, #1541 the employee named Adelina started yelling at my son, telling him not to run, but my son had become stressed about his health condition and I was trying to calm him down. He wasn't making any mess in the store and when She started yelling at my son, I told her not to do it because she didn't know the child's health condition and she said she didn't care and took me out of the store, threatening me with the police and security.I don't speak for the store in general because on other occasions other employees have understood and have even helped me find the product I need, but if I file my complaint for Adelina, she is a discriminator and racist, and she also doesn't have the right to yell at a child.

Terrible service today, December 24, I went to make a purchase and before leaving I asked the cashier if I could make an exchange in case the shoe wouldn't fit my daughter. As soon as I got home I measured it for her and returned it to me. immediately and it is not closing time yet, I arrived at 5:10 in the afternoon and they did not want to serve me, they left me talking alone with the shoe in my hand without caring that the only thing I wanted was a larger size I was not asking to change the model The only thing about the shoe was that they would fit me one size larger. On the page it says that they worked until 6pm. How unfair indeed
