Bought a used car from this dealership in march and the sales man adam ferry swindled me. We had agreed on floor mats and a couple of oil changes to come with the purchase of the vehicle. When I went to use one of the oil changes they said it wasnt part of the agreement we had made when I signed. On top of the already horrendous trade in price i was offered for my car. If i could give a lower rating I would. Do not trust these people.

I always find any interaction at your dealership a pleasant experience. I was recognized and greeted promptly, my questions were answered and then my car was ready in the time promised. The waiting area was comfortable while I waited. Thank you!

Absolute joke of a service department. No expectations set with time, doesn't matter if you have an appointment. They will keep your car for days before doing anything, with no communication or apologies or offer of a loaner. When you voice your concerns about their horrible customer service their response is to come get your car then... all of this over an inspection/diagnostic. Will never get any work done here, I can't imagine how horrible that experience would be

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give a ZERO STAR Review for Shortline Buick GMC, I would! On 05/31/2023, I purchased a brand new 2023 GMC Sierra Pro, which was my dream vehicle and the price was LARGE! I've worked hard my whole life and decided to make the purchase. I was over the moon happy with it! I took it to have upgraded window tinting, a tonto cover installed and purchased side rails. Today is 9/20/2023, and I just left the Service Dept for the 4th time for a Check Engine Light that keeps coming on. Each time I've been in, they say it's an emission issue and they have resolved it. Each time, within 24 hours of the service, the Check Engine Light was back on. Beware of this Dealership. The Sales Dept is one thing. Unfortunately, the SERVICE department is trash and will be the detriment of this dealership. They do not care about this issue and lack very basic customer service skills. I'm back in the loaner car (Buick Encore which is far from the truck I purchased), and I had to pitch a fit to even get a loaner while my beautiful truck is back in the Service Dept AGAIN! Cindy, a service Advisor is the rudest person I've ever experienced in a customer service situation. Ashleigh, another advisor is very nice but has not been successful in resolving the issue. Mark, the Service Manager acted like a complete tool and said this was not a problem and that I was overreacting to the poor service. He said he was unaware of any issue and referred me to complain to his boss, Tom. Tom referred me to complain to GMC Corporate to file a formal case. I have done so. Now, we wait.

I was interested in a brand new car and had messaged shortline for some rough numbers and Victor was the salesman that helped us throughout our experience. I told him what I wanted and he was able to put a courtesy hold on 2 vehicles I was interested in. Victor made the impossible, possible. The dedicated finance team member Jose was full of compassion for our less than ideal situation and both of them did actual magic. I got such an amazing deal that even the salesman couldn't believe it. Don't go to the other places just because they're closer, go to Shortline for the deal.

It's been 2 weeks since this incident but I finally felt the urgent need to make my Car & Truck Community aware to beware.I took my vehicle in because I had a check engine light on, while I was there I figured I have the Transmission oil changed. I set the apt with the first service advisor over the phone which scheduled me out 3 weeks. I showed up to the apt and notice on the computer screen that there were no notes about anything I had described to the first advisor so I repeated my request and special instructions again, the second adviser looked at me like I was stupid and still did not take note. I show up on a Tuesday morning as scheduled. At the end of the day I received a call from the shop saying that the diesel mechanic had been on vacation and was back logged but that he would get to it first thing next day. Next day got a call that mechanic was pulling it in. On the 3rd day I finally was getting annoyed and let the advisors aware of my frustration. I had asked that they have the mechanic call me so that I could personally describe the symptoms I was having directly to him being that the advisors were not taking detailed notes. I did not receive a call from the Mechanic and only after 3 more calls I heard back from the advisor at the absolute end of day that the mechanic gad diagnosed the check engine light and that the main harness needed to be replaced and that it was going to cost $8000 to repair. I asked if he had driven the truck to feel the Chevy Shake and shutter, the advisor said that the mechanic had test driven the truck and could not replicate the issue.I asked if they had changed the Tranny oil, she said that they hadn't because I asked for the wrong oil. I asked again, can you please change the oil, she said that the service bulletin I had referred to was not for my year of vehicle. Apparently the advisors were annoyed that I was annoyed and were being very condescending with me. At that point I said, forget it, I'll pick it up in the morning. I picked it up, paid my $200 diagnostic charge and went on my way. As I sat in the truck going over the paper work I notice that the "Milage In" was the same as the milage on the dash. So either the mechanic test drove the truck less than a mile trying to replicate or did not drive it at all...I suspect and assume that it was not driven. I took the truck to my preferred mechanic and he found a loose connector that fixed the problem. $200 later, problem solved. Word of advise to anyone listening...TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Amazing customer service!I was involved in a crash in May. My vehicle was taken to Service King Collision in Parker on Dransfeldt, where it stayed until the beginning of July. The shop had to keep my vehicle due to hail damage it sustained while being repaired from the crash. Laurie (from Service King) could maybe take customer service advice from Shortline -that review can be seen on their site.After picking up my vehicle from Service King, I immediately noticed that the computer did not work. The technicians there were nice and said to take it to a dealership. He said that if they messed something up, they'll fix it. So, I took it to Shortline. I had my car back in 2 days. They were easy to work with and very professional. Not only that, but I received phone calls with updates along the way. I am so happy that I brought my car to Shortline.

New vehicle order. Marcus Moore did a masterful job of keeping me informed on my order's progress, coaxing it to delivery. I'm sure I'm not alone in the professional attitude and kind concern for my wishes, but Marcus certainly made me feel there was no one vehicle was more important than mine. The attention to detail was frankly incredible! And I can't close without my thanks as well to Tom Karros. His ready friendship and outgoing personality made me feel I was in the presence of a good old friend sharing many a good story from one veteran to another. My kindest regards to them both as they made the very difficult look easy!

Edit: Lisa never called. Response from owner is copy/paste with no actual follow-up.Jake was super helpful. Unfortunately, when we got back from test driving a truck and they were valuing my trade in, we were told abruptly by JB (the owner?) that the truck was committed to someone else over the phone. I guess phone calls are more important than a buyer on the lot. Strange way to do business. I would avoid, they waste your time.
