This was my first time buying a car and after reading the reviews here I thought Schomp would be a great choice, but I’ve had the car for almost two months now and it’s been a source of stress ever since I left the dealership.First, the dealer somehow lost the second key to the car despite it being a brand new vehicle. We had to wait weeks to get a new blank key in the mail, and then take the key to a dealership to get it reprogrammed. I still haven’t been reimbursed for the cost of the key programming, despite checking in with my rep from Schomp multiple times.Second, the entire infotainment system stopped working within 2 weeks of driving the car. It’s a brand new 2024 Outback, and everything went completely black: no navigation, no radio, no climate control, no odometer, no nothing. I had to take it into a dealer again and get the entire unit replaced, which took two weeks. The service tech I spoke to said this is a very common issue and that nothing has been done to fix it. I appreciate the tech in the car when it works, but we couldn’t even control the climate when the unit went black and we were stuck with a frozen car in the mountains.I’ve had the car less than two months at this point, and have already brought it in for service twice, resulting in multiple hour long trips back and forth to the service shop. I’m disappointed because everyone I know who drives a Subaru told me nothing but great things, and I thought buying a new car would save me from some of the maintenance issues that come with older cars, but it’s been miserable. The rep I’ve been working with from Schomp has been perfectly nice but any positive experiences I had have been completely overshadowed by all of these issues.

Nathaniel did an excellent job of helping my wife and I! He was very straightforward, while also being fun and enjoyable to work with! We did not feel pressured into making a purchase, and Nathaniel was very helpful with providing his professional opinion on what would best suit our needs! We ended up buying a fantastic Outback, and we could not be happier with the vehicle or the experience!

My visit to Schomp Subaru was very enjoyable.From the moment I walked through the door someone was helping me, immediately connecting me to the salesman who would be working with me(salesman isn't really the correct term since all they do is assist with the purchase not actually try to 'sell to you')Being that it was my first time buying a new vehicle there was a lot I needed to become familiar with. However, there was never a moment where I felt lost or confused as I was walked through everything I needed to know and given a complete run down on anything I asked or wanted to know more about.I wanted some bells & whistles and they were able to accommodate getting everything installed and getting me on my way home all within 24 hours which was awesome. I was worried I would need to buy one from factory if I wanted all the addons I wanted but that was not the case, was very pleased with that.All in all my experience was great, everything was explained in great detail and all potential options and alternatives were presented when asked, the environment was pleasant with a comfortable waiting area with coffee and snacks. There really isn't anything more I can think of that I could want out of the experience.Thank you for making my first car buying experience a enjoyable & easy one.

Sales staff were good but reconditioning the used car was not satisfactory. Was not done at all and the car had an engine oil leak that was not found until the car had been in the garage at my home for two days leaking on the floor. Made a small puddle that had to be cleaned up and I was very unhappy about this. The car should have been checked a lot better and should have never been presented for sale. When I told the dealer about this they were very happy to fix it and gave me a nice loaner car to drive for a week. I would give more stars for every one else I dealt with but can’t cuz of this event.

Dru (our salesperson) gave my wife and I the most pleasant car buying experience we have had to date.From the ‘zero pressure’ atmosphere to the extremely generous trade in value they offered, Schomp Subaru must be sourcing their team from the hospitality industry because the grace and respect we were given was absolutely, positively without a doubt deserving of a five star rating.I will be coming back for our next Subaru and will be referring all of our friends and family here.Very grateful to team at Schomp ?

Made up repairs that didnt exist and gave outrageous prices when I brought my car in to be looked at. Took it to another shop that said a third of the repairs out if 13 suggested repairs were not needed. Never will come here to repair or purchase a car

Good dealership but some of the personnel can be rude to the customers. Noah was a gem though and helped me find the car that I wanted.

We had a great experience at Schomp. We worked with Parker and he made the process very smooth, professional and was always available for any questions or concerns. We didn’t feel pressured or pushed in any direction, and were able to take the time we needed to make the decisions that were right for us. Very helpful to work with a family owned dealership and will be looking to work with them again in the future.

Working with Michael at Schomp Subaru was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had! He was able to fit us in last minute, and was very communicative and honest about finding us a vehicle to fit both our needs and budget. After having a not so great experience at another brand’s dealership, we are very pleased. We’ll be coming back for sure.

Worked with Alex Main and he was wonderful! I am a woman that has bought many cars (sometimes with my husband there). Alex understood early on that I was the one purchasing the car and, appropriately, directed most of his questions/info toward me without completely ignoring my husband. A VERY welcome change from the way women are normally treated at car dealerships. I highly recommend working with him, regardless of your gender identity...he's great!

My experience at Schomp was amazing! I started the process of ordering my new car with Phillip who was very helpful with all of my questions and concerns and making sure that I got the exact car I wanted, keeping me updated along the way.I cannot say enough good things about Mattheus who helped me finish out the process and walked me through everything leading up to and the day I picked up my car. He went above and beyond and was just as excited as I was for me to get my car! Accommodating, kind, and helped me make the best decisions for my situation.His communication is great I am always able to get my questions and concerns addressed right away and he helped me feel comfortable navigating the car buying process.I also appreciated Federico who walked me through all the features and systems on my new car, he was great! So nice and explained everything thoroughly.Overall this was such a wonderful experience for me and will continue to be! I will never buy a car anywhere else!

Edwardo helped my partner when first visiting Schomp Subaru and was the reason for coming back! We were greeted by Paula who was extremely friendly and very attentive and so was the gentleman with her who offered us drinks! I was assigned Stephanie for my sales experience and it has been so easy and hassle free. Stephanie walked me through every step and was very responsive and super kind and friendly! I could not be happier with the experience I’ve had at Schomp, Moe is an incredible Manager and never hesitated to be sure he said hello each time I visited. Joseph and Zach were also extremely helpful, friendly and informative through the process! Thank you all so much for your help and for providing the welcoming experience you hope for when looking to buy anything, especially a vehicle.

It was a terrific experience. We are thrilled with our new Subaru Forester and we could not be more pleased with the excellent support we received from Connor. Connor was very knowledgeable and professional and more importantly Connor was kind and thoughtful. I’ve dealt with many car salesmen throughout my life and by far Connor is the best!! My wife and I were also extremely pleased with Schomp Subaru. The price of the car was very reasonable and how Schomp handles the business couldn’t be better. Even though we had other Subaru dealerships much closer to our residence it was definitely worth the driving distance to work with Schomp. I will definitely be recommending Schomp Subaru to my friends and family. Thank you again for the wonderful service!!

From the beginning Schomp Suburu has been amazing. I had a lot of anxieties about heading to a dealership. This process could not have been easier. Dru was an amazing associate from first contact. When all was said and done, the process was much easier than anticipated. Rolled off the lot satisfied. Would highly recommend. Will likely shop Schomp again in the future.
