Our experience at the store was great. Hesitated going to the store because sales situations put me off and make me uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by our sales person. She knew her stuff and made the sale without pressure, which I appreciated. Our bed was also delivered on time and as promised.My only criticism is we purchased 2 pillows with the cooling covers for our new bed. The covers are way to big for the pillow. I was a little disappointed, but I'm sure we can use the covers on other pillows.Overall a great experience with amazing customer service--- in a world where good customer service seems to be nearly extinct.

My wife and I are in our late 50's early 60's and visited the Sleep Number store in Southlands (Aurora) knowing nothing about sophisticated beds, as our Sterns and Foster mattress was 18 years old. Sarah the store manager greeted us with a wonderful freindly smile and proceeded to take us on a enjoyable experience learning about new technology beds and having us experience what a bed should feel like. There was absolutely no pressure in any way, only education and test driving! After about an hour of getting fully educated and trying several beds, we decided on the perfect bed, pillows and bedding for us. Sarah was amazing, teaching us and answering all kinds of questions and through a special bed assigned us our sleep numbers. We left the store feeling like we made a special friend! We received our bed in about a week and the delivery crew were very polite and respectful of our home. Set up took about 30-45 minutes without àny issues fitting it into our current headboard and footboard. We were pretty excited to go to bed and try it out. After a couple weeks of use, we do feel that this could be the best bed we have ever had. My wife appreciates the partner snore head raising and I love staying cool and extreme comfort. We are both are sleeping better that we have had in a long time. We would highly recommend a Sleep Number bed and if you want the most amazing customer service, go to the Southlands store and ask for Sarah, you won't be disappointed even if you don't buy a bed. Thank you Sarah sleeping well!

Bought one a few years back after reading other positive reviews.I had constant pain in my lower back..one night and in the.morning pain disappeared.I highly recommend it.

Sarah at the Aurora Southland’s store was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and no pressure, she helped to make sure I got what I needed within my budget. She offered pros and cons on some of the extras which allowed me to make some decisions on keeping or cutting extras. I recommend working with Sarah on your next bed purchase.

Don’t ever buy the “Dual Temps,” they cost a lot of money but they only work for a year and half (when the warranty only covers a year). I know for a fact that the company sells these things broken and expects the customer to pay more money for parts. I’m still using it till it 100% gives out, and have to take the batteries out of the remotes because the remotes use batteries so fast (seriously 2 AA batteries a week). Also this company gave up on the greatest employee, are you regretting it now?!?!?

We ordered our bed for delivery. The problem that we expeirenced was with an employee that delivered.Tim was exceedingly rude and bickered with his coworker. He was very loud and swearing, like we weren't in our home. The other employee was exemplary, in how he handled himself against Tim's abuse. How embarrassing for SN to have Tim represent them. He manhandled the bed as if he was taking his anger issues out on it, or his coworker. Or both?His end of a base chipped our wall, but we thought better to say something for fear his angry mouth would be released on us. We will fix the damage.A HORRID event for us, leaving a sour taste in our mouths for SN.Is it so hard to find decent employees, to stoop so low with retaining this person as a representative of your company?We will not recommend SN to any of our family and friends, due to this ugly display.

I bought a split cal king with adjustable bed frame from this store in early September. It was delivered mid October and feel I have enough information to write a review. Is it expensive? Yes. At least the options I got are. But the pricing is comparable to what you would find with temperpedic or another large chain mattress company. Yes, there are online options out there that are cheaper, but you can't lay on the beds, or try them out and this is the benefit to a traditional mattress store. It did take about a month to actually get my bed. It was installed professionally. The guys who installed were curious of my home and were careful to not hit the walls, etc. They also removed the old mattress which I was glad I did not have to do. The mattress is great. I got the M7 with adjustable frame with heat. I love it. I am getting great sleep and I often don't want to get out of bed - that is how much I enjoy it. Customer service has been great. I think I have received four of five calls from the store since I made the order to check in and see how things are going. I would recommend sleep number and this store in Southlands.
