Jenny is probably one of the most unprofessional people I’ve had to talk to. Smart stop is a terrible company and their employees clearly show how miserable they are. 0/10 experience. Avoid Jenny at all costs.

It sits next to some sort of giant dirt construction site which I don’t love but for my needs, it’s totally fine. The guys at the front desk are super cool, just be aware that you have to buy a cylinder lock for your unit and if you don’t have one, they get to hit you for another $20 to buy one at the office there. My unit was clean and the guys show you everything you need to know to get set up. I only gave 4 stars cause they didn’t let me know ahead of time that I needed to purchase a cylinder lock. I might’ve been able to find one for cheaper than $20.

We got recommended these units since we are in the process of moving, and the property manager was really nice! She asked us beforehand what we were looking to give us a good estimate on good containers. She showed us a few and explained everything really well to us.
