Staff is actually so fucking rude lol I thought the reviews were just from insensitive persons or bad moments but this places staff is horrible! Lol usually go to Quality Pipes and Tobacco.. Same area way better service won't come back to smoker friendly again

Worst experience I've ever had at any smoke shop employee was rude and had an attitude. I don't know how people invest thousands of dollars in a business and let employees like that scare away customers. Don't work in customer service if you're gonna be sour faced and pissed.

This review covers the cigar lounge side -- Orlando is a gem of a tobbaconist and has a nice selection! Well cared for cigars and really enjoyable time. The gas station side would not get 5 stars from me but does also have a great selection of cigars without the lounge or Orlando

Worst smoker friendly and worst employees I've ever had to deal with. This used to be my go-to place and I don't know if the management changed the ownership changed or it's just a new employees but this f****** place is terrible rude employees won't help you out at all don't give a f*** about anybody but themselves and they're just bad people in general and not to mention they changed the rule so now they have to scan everybody's ID every single time you come in even if they know you and their scanners don't even work so they have lines out the door and you stand there for 20 minutes while they try and scan your ID and switch you between registers and hope and prays it works and then if they can't get it to work they just turn you away and tell you to f*** off. Don't waste your time or money here, your be better off burning it.

This place is terrible. I wish they would knock it down and build a real gas station. They don't even except the US passport as valid ID to purchase products. What a joke.

Used to love this place before the rude lady that works the desk makes me, as a regular, physically remove my ID from my wallet. I am clearly over the age of 18 by far. Other places nearby that I have not frequented have not required this. I stopped purchasing Zyn and fuel here despite it being closest to my home because of that rude older lady.

This is an unfortunate thing where I have to write a review like this. I first went into this location to get humidity packs for my humidor at home. I ended up touring the cigar selection and was very impressed. I was excited to find a place to get cigars near my job. However, when signing me up for rewards, the employee failed to give my ID back to me. Not too much of a big deal, but driving an hour out of the way to pick it up wasn't fun. What was less desirable than that was arriving at the location only to find out the manager had forgotten to take it out of the safe and was refusing to allow any other employee to take it out. I drove an hour to get the information instead of a call back when their phone systems do have caller ID. I then am instructed that Karen, the manager, will only be in between 5AM and 1PM which is not a super convenient time for me to come in. The employee on staff mentioned she must be there when I pick up my ID. I show up the next day at 11AM, leaving work, only to find that she had left my ID out and wasn't even at the store and had left two hours early.This is really unfortunate because I was really looking forward to continuing to shop at this location, but even after giving my number to the manager to request a call, there has been radio silence since.
