Ylonde was just the greatest and knew exactly what I wanted in a haircut when I told her what I was looking for. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The shop was also very clean and in order.

I've been going here for a good minute, and the lady that did my hair was very rude and aggressive as well as got a bunch of hair in my eye, and she didn't say anything until after words. And asked me to move my arm off the arm rest when its a place you rest your arm lmao. I don't know if she was having a bad day, but I didn't deserve treatment like that.

I occasionally use this store when I need a quick haircut never had any problems until tonight Danielle(so called manager) was rude and unprofessional from the moment she started cutting my hair (I know I have dry scalp) all she did was complain. I asked for the MVP but forwent the last part of it because I was so pissed at how she was treating me if this is how management treats guest I feel bad for the staff I will never use this location until she is removed, I tried to get her bosses contact information she refused and told me to contact corporate which I’m doing right now. Sports Clips of this is the employees you hire you need to do a better job vetting. This is the worst experience I have ever had here.
