Claudia gave me an exceptional haircut today. I am usually less than thrilled being touched by strangers but was not bothered at all this time. I embarrassingly grumbled during my hair wash but was eventually was able to compose myself and the end results are excellent. Almost made me wish I got my hair cut more often.
My little Mr was well taken care of as well short cut so he's ready for wrestling but still covering his scar. I am sorry I don't remember his stylists name but we were both very happy this busy back to school eve.

Highly Recommended!!! Scheduling online is wonderful and I was taken, on time, in a very clean shop. There’s more ‘up-sell’ here than anywhere I’ve ever been but staff is not ‘pushy’. My cut exceeded my expectations, I could not be happier.

If I could give a zero star, I would!!! I never leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this place was absolutely horrible!! I have gone to sportsclips before and had decent (sometimes great) haircuts and experiences. But THIS location on Smoky Hill was the worst I have ever experienced. My son got a haircut by Courtney, I believe, and she took all but 10 minutes from start to finish. She cut his hair on his crown shorter when she was only asked to buzz the sides. And the lineup behind the ear and back of the neck?? Horrendous. Uneven and ugly. I didn't want to make my son feel crappy about his haircut so I did not find it necessary to say anything out loud in front of him - just vowed to never go back!

Got my hair cut November 28 2024 and as you can see it’s not even whatsoever 10/10 if you want a razor save and 3 in scissor cut on the other side go here but by first the worst cut I’ve ever gotten

Service has consistently gone down. Final straw in leaving a 2 star review was the beard trim I got this morning. Id expect more from the manager doing the trim. At least say something; I didn't notice it until I took a shower later on. I'll look elsewhere for a haircut from now on.

I gave Sport Clips three chances, but they struck out each time.
1. On my first visit, the stylist reeked of cigarette smoke—so much so that when I got home, my wife could still smell it in my hair.
2. The second time, I made a reservation but was seen late, and there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay.
3. The final straw? I got home after my third visit and realized the stylist forgot to cut around my ears and sideburns on the right side of my head. Who does that?!
In over 52 years of getting haircuts, I’ve never experienced this kind of consistent disappointment. If you’re looking for a place that gets it right, skip Sport Clips and head to Floyd’s down the road—they’re always spot on.

I asked for a trim on the ends of my hair and came out with nearly 3 inches cut off the back of my hair, I specifically asked for layers and revived a horrendous bowl cut on top of my head. I’ve never had a haircut this bad and will never let a sport clips touch my hair again

Decent haircut but they didn't let me or my little man have the MVP treatment. They just ignored the request. Isn't that why people come here? We probably won't come back.
