I went at like 6 there were 2 workers the guy taking my order was really nice and I had no problem. Yet this girl was was kinda rude and I got my drink and so did my friend our drinks tasted weird so I asked my friend if hers did she said yea and then our stomachs started hurting so we threw it the experience was bad.

I went in to ask if they could fix my drink and this young girl with really dry blonde/white hair said no and was super rude about it. She said they can't fix a drink I got from a starbucks that's inside a king soopers because it's not a real starbucks? LOL. So I went to the starbucks on buckley and smoky hill and they fixed my drink with no problem and were so kind about it!

-8:06am enter mobile order-8:20 ask staff if they have my order (they have lost it before blaming the printer..)-they insist i didnt order til 8:17-i show the receipt that i ordered at 8:06-they say keep on waiting-8:30 they call for sean and im so excited-its a different sean-8:37 i ask (again) did you lose my order? As someone who ordered after me gets hers-they say heres your order (some barista placed it without saying my name)-worst macchiato ive ever had. Guessing they made it poorly cuz i asked twice if they lost my order.Over 30 minutes to get a $7 cup of coffee that is by far the worst I’ve ever had……Never again Himalaya Starbucks

This is my favorite Starbucks. I like to change up my order and get it customized to my liking. The baristas know how to get my order right. They follow Starbucks standards. I don’t get a coffee that tastes like mint or a vanilla bean that tastes like something else- this happens at other Starbucks. The customer service is stellar. I drive 5 miles to get to this one instead of the one that has a drive through close to my house because of the better customer service and knowing they’ll get our drinks right. They’re awesome!

Never ordering from this Starbucks location again. Placed an UberEats order this morning and asked for no ice in my drink, since $5+ for a Tall size is expensive enough as it is anyway. I got a drink that's half-full. They chose not to fill it all the way because I didn't want ice in my drink. I'm not paying over $5 for frozen water, I'm paying for the coffee. Absolutely irritated and gave them 1 star on UberEats too.

This store has always had great service and a friendly staff. I have been going there for 10+ years. I have seen managers and staff come and go. They seem consistent, clean, and my mobile order is typically ready. Every now and then I have to wait a few extra minutes for my mobile order, but they are usually hustling like crazy behind the counter, so it's to be expected. The manager, I think his name is "Dave?" Knows my name and always says "good morning." I would like to think he's smiling and happy under the mask, but in the times of COVID, who knows! I don't frequent Starbucks as much as I once did (I went daily for YEARS!). The pandemic has taught me I need to cut back on my frivolous spending, so now I only visit once a week. I miss it though!

I have come to this location almost daily.. and the manager Dave has been incredibly rude on multiple occasions, I now will go out of my way to patronize a different location. It makes me sad because the remainder of the staff is incredible, but I have seen this manager talk down to them as well.

I frequent this store almost daily, and usually have a great experience with the staff unless the manager Dave is present. He has ZERO customer service skills, and is really just downright rude. I can imagine the volume at this store is significant but let's be honest it's not due to his customer service skills.
