I just finished renting a unit. It was such a good experience. Erin was so nice and so helpful. He explained everything clearly and was friendly AND efficient! It was great…especially Erin!

Absolute garbage storage units. Rented a unit to help with move. Code for gate keeps erroring, help line is no help. Got extended access for putting stuff in the unit, doesn't allow. On site nowhere to be found. Absolutely atrocious service, do not recommend.

If I could store all my problems here, I would.
StorQuest is amazing! Clean units, easy access, and prices that don’t make my wallet cry. But the real MVP here is Shan—the manager with the energy of a double espresso and the friendliness of your favorite neighbor.
Shan made the whole process fast and painless. I came in stressed about finding storage, and left wondering if I could just rent a unit for my emotions. He’s funny, helpful, and seriously knows his stuff.
Honestly, this is the kind of place that makes you want to move stuff around just for the fun of it. Highly recommend. Would give 6 stars if I could—but Google only lets me do 5, so here we are.

You are available to help. The office has a real person to talk with and they are there to show you the units so you can best determine what size will work for you. Some of the others I tried were all on line, that doesn't work if you aren't sure what size you need.
