The units are great, the lady behind the desk Nancy, is a very rude person. Highly unlikely professional! I mean if you don't like your job or life that bad. Change your existence and the things you do. Pretty simple

$260 a month, wow. On site office people say they have no control over the prices that it’s all corporate. I wish I had the time to get my stuff out of their location and to a cheaper location. Storage quest just raised their rates on me again now $260 per month for the same space. I would not recommend this company. If I could give them less stars I would. As soon as I can figure out a way to be in town long enough I am moving out of this place . Storage Quest is doing a bait and switch. They bait you in with a low price and then raise it extremely a couple months after. They don't honor the original price that brought you in. If you call in they will give it to you for a couple more months but then switch it back to the extremely high price. Started at $136.00 then raised it to $209.00.

I would not recommend this storage facility:
Rates were frequently increased making it extremely expensive
I was charged a large late fee that was not my fault
Mice had eaten into storage boxes in my unit
Moving supplies for sale at front desk were not adequate
Front desk staff unenthusiastic, would barely look up from computer to help me close my account
No prorated refund given with mid month move out

Will not let me retrieve my belongings or at least my mothers urn after told to do so by the assistant manager who is also very rude and discriminatory towards me…property manager wants me to vacate do to a matter that took place after business hours.

Absolutely horrible customer service, rats that eat your stuff. They only have someone in the office once a week to help so if you have any issues it better be on a Thursday or your SOL. The person I talked to on the phone was very nasty and all and all a horrible place to put things

DO RENT STORAGE HERE MANAGER is uneducated and unethical Had issue with new employee brout it to the attention of the store manager she seemed like she was pretty careless I told her I wanted to make a formal complaint she said there was none I asked for a complaint number and she asked me to leave the store do not rent storage units from here
