DO RENT STORAGE HERE MANAGER is uneducated and unethical Had issue with new employee brout it to the attention of the store manager she seemed like she was pretty careless I told her I wanted to make a formal complaint she said there was none I asked for a complaint number and she asked me to leave the store do not rent storage units from here

I had a great lady help me named Arianna at the Colfax storage. She helped me understand everything and the fees when it's due. Very professional and she knows her stuff! They even seem boxes and supplies!

This storage was robbed 2 moths ago the staff in there are rude before a nice lady worked there she was friendly and always welcome the new lady isn’t he front is rude never there always closes before time , she did not took proper care of the units and 19 units were robbed while under her watch. Locks were cut and the people robbing took hours to do this all while under here watch save your money and go somewhere else where they are more secure
