I went on site to get a small unit and immediately received a warm welcome and friendly service from both ladies working aleah and Cindy the office was really comfortable and the process was smooth and easy to rent a unit with their help

Rented my storage approximately 4 1/2 years ago which is a 10 x 20 and it was $175 at that time. It has now increased to $255 every month which I find absolutely reprehensible. These people have gone up and up and up in price over the last four years
I just did a check on some of the unit places here in the Denver surrounding area for the same size unit I have store quest is actually one of the most expensive in the Denver area

One of the hardest companies to work with as far as renting a unit. My price started off pretty reasonable and now I’m paying about $70 more because of increased rent. And I have to jump through hoops just to make a payment. I should’ve gone somewhere else!

I truly think the Mangers have ditched the property. It's 11am and can't get inside to my unit. Reached out to corporate and nobody can get ahold of them.

The hours posted on the website are different from those posted on the property. This was not ideal to learn after driving 30 minutes to my unit. Upon my return, I realized the management chooses not to honor the posted working hours anyway. This was exceptionally inconvenient, as one instance of this occurring involved management's decision to cut the locks off the unit (which I had paid for,) charge me for a new lock (not cool) and raise rates to "serve me better." In other words, I drove to the unit during working hours, found there was no way to access my unit, and found also that there was no way to remedy the issue until the next day. I know this may be challenging for management to understand, but my life DOES NOT revolve around finding time to make it to the storage unit on their schedule. Also lower my rates if you're just going to screw with my weekends. that is not serving me better.
