Very clean. Very easy to get in and out. Well lit. The manager at my facility provided over the top service excellence and assistance to me when I was trying to get things set up.The online setup process was a little confusing and I needed a call for support. The 1-800 support number transferred me right away to the local facility manager.

We rented a unit due to the great reviews, went through the online rental process, finalized paperwork. Arrived to the location at 2:15 to see a sign that says “will return at 3PM.” Customer service was not very sympathetic and informed us there was nothing we could do to expedite this process. We ran a nearby errand and returned at 3:00 to find still no one available. Eventually, someone arrived at 3:10, with a breezy “Sorry about that.”Everyone needs a lunch break, but this location could easily standardize and post their lunch break hours to prevent wasting customer’s time. In the very least, customer service could be sympathetic.

I can't remember the woman's name who helped me check in today. Despite an issue that was going on, she didn't let me wait for one second. To be honest, I feel really comfortable storing my ski gear here. I feel like she protects this place like her house.
