Very worst customer service. Out right lies on prices by the owner and worn out products in store, selling as newTried to convince forcefully. We could easily see the difference of shine on seating area and arm wrest. Saw a sofa for 2200 sticker price in brochure and owner said 2300 and saying increase in prices. Also, on orders they charge 20% of price , even if we return the damaged delivery product.Beware.

These people are scammers. Enrique sold me the wrong bedroom set and tried to make it seem like it was me who didn’t remember which bedroom set I wanted. On top of that he told me my first 6 months on payments would be interest free. I’m paying double now because that interest free spiel he gave me was a lie. He said I missed my opportunity w the credit card company when that was never even the case. Don’t believe what these owners tell you. You will lose in the end. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau as well. Overall worst experience ever. When I came to the store the lady there told me Enrique wasn’t there for the day either. Even though I saw him as I was walking in. Nothing but irreversible mishaps at this furniture store.

This is by far the worst costumer experience Ive ever had. The owner of this company ******* sold delivered the wrong bedroom set to my apartment and said its the one I signed for. Completely manipulated the discussion we had the day of purchase and my choices for the items I bought. I would know what I wanted. On top of that he said my first 6 months would be interest free and Im currently getting charged interest. He failed to give me a resolution and locked me out of his store.

I bought a set of couches from this place and they were customed made (completely white). My mom fell in love with them, however, once they got here we realized they had small tears and little holes in them. They also ordered two pillows and they were different colors. We contacted the owner and he was helpful at the beginning but it all changed after he wanted to come by at around 8:00pm one night. We told him no and then after that it all went down hill and he called us a liar. I have his recording and after that he never replied back at all and we have these really crappy couches with non-matching pillows. Please look somewhere else. Feel free to ask for pictures, I will show them to you. Nice day!

Worst customer service!!!!! The manager the guy is a manipulator , he was threatening to not deliver my furniture !!! Because I called asking about because it was not delivered as promised on time . He was very rude to me and threatening I almost called the cops when they finally delivered my furniture after being a week late !! Be aware.
