Wow I'm so very disappointed with T-Mobile advertise on TV they advertise on their wall the advertise on the front door four lines for $100 free iPhone if your new customer with trade in absolutely none of that nothing it's true everything was debunked by them there is no four lines for $100 not even one line for $25 there is no free iPhone there is no free trade-ins nothing share my new T-Mobile for wasting people's time and energy to go in wait to be seen and to find that nothing is true with their false advertisement

These people add a telephone line to my account without my authorization. Please, if you are in this area specific in colorado 797 Peoria Street suite C Aurara CO, this people don't even bother to pick up the phone it's a fraud to add a line the customer not even have ..... Latinos open Let your eyes drive if you have to drive, but don't buy in that store, they are shameless, be careful my people. Racism is incredible. May God protect you from those thieves....

Worst store ever. There rude and never have phones and never answer there store phone. I literally don’t know how there in business when there’s another store in the same parking lot that goes above and beyond for there customers. Tmobile should really take a look at this store.

I recently lost my phone and went to see if I could get a new one in store and was met with many brick walls. The T-Mobile employee I had the pleasure of working with was Colten F. and he was kind, patient and open to breaking down those brick walls anyway he could.We both could not surpass the many "dual verification" and "PIN number requirements" (which I couldn't provide). I ended up leaving with a flip phone so I could at least verify my logins and move on with my life.Bottom line is, this human was so easy to work with and so willing to do whatever it takes to get me what I needed and I highly recommend working with this location. Ask for Colten F. and I guarantee that you'll leave a satisfied customer.

Very bad experience. They offer promotions and then they don't make them work for you... and I've already been twice and they can't solve my problem because because the manager isn't there, they decide to call you and never call you... BE CAREFUL WITH THE PROMOTIONS THEY ARE. THEY OFFER BECAUSE THEY ONLY DO IT TO SELL AND THEN THEY DO NOT MAKE THEM VALID.

The 17 th we visited this location because my husband phone is broke and I was able to show him a picture of my husband’s ID cause it’s in his phone on the app. He was willing to do it that way and send a code to one of the other phones on the line. They were taking forever to respond so we just said we’ll come back. Went back yesterday trying to get help and one the of the girls were extremely rude, if that’s what y’all call customer service I don’t want it. Everyone in there spoke English but yet she kept speaking Spanish to them laughing then come back to us in English being rude. I figured out how to help my husband set his claim up for him and everything. I felt we were discriminated against and I do not appreciate that at all.

I came to this tmobile and they activated me and lied about how much i was going to pay. I left and went to the other tmobile across the street and they were way better. I would give this place 0 stars

Not a fan. I asked for help and the guy told me go to a library. We walked across the street to another t mobile in the SAME parking lot and got way better service! Thanks Colton and Richard from across the way!

Go to another store....I had multiple issues with equipment and service and this location's staff was useless. I have been a t-mobile customer for a decade and the experience at this store nearly made me cancel all my services. Nobody wanted to help, told me conflicting info and could not remedy any issues. Just go to another store and save yourself the headache.
